Product Description

Kramer presents the most iconic guitar in history, a classic reborn - the 84 Baretta Electric Guitar! Kramer updated the Maple body and neck with accessible truss rod adjustment at the heel so no more taking off the neck (like some of those other guys!).

The 84 Baretta preserved the profile and 22 fret, 12 inch radius neck that is sought after in 84's profiles. Kramer packed the 84 Baretta with the Floyd Rose locking system for excellent stability and dives with reliability that won't cost an arm and a leg. It has a single USA Seymour Duncan humbucker is 4 lead with series/parallel coil tapping on the push/pull volume control and features a .002mf capacitor volume bleed on its audio taper potentiometer.

The Kramer 84 Baretta Electric Guitar Features

  • Floyd Rose locking system
  • 22 frets
  • 12 inch radius neck
  • Accessible truss rod adjustment
  • USA Seymour Duncan humbucker

Shreds right out of the box. Perfect with no issues, added evh dtuna and floyd rose 37mm brass block. Sustain for days with block upgrade. No tuning issues. Black and red buulseye against maple neck is about as good as it gets.

Great Guitar, Solid and full of sound!

Product Review

I got this guitar from another retailer, but it still rocks. I put a EVH Frankenstrat Pick up in it like someone else did that reviewed the guitar. This set up is as close to the brown sound as you can get. Its a dream to play! For the price of buying the parts and putting a 5150 together yourself, you can have a well made one that only needs to be painted if you want to make it look like Ed's.

Plays like butter!

Product Review

What an incredible guitar. I can't find any bad points about it. The neck is super fast. Pickup sounds awesome and the coil tap can give you some really cool clean tones. Dive bomb the heck out of the tremolo and it returns to perfect tune. If you want a guitar to rock, this is it. Thank you AMS for your Rock Now, Pay Later Plan!!!

SHREAD CITY!

Your general opinion of this product.

INCREDIBLE

I was worried about buying a "Reproduction" Baretta, I KNOW how good the origionals were. I have NO worries now, this thing is A+.

Set up PERFECTLY out of the box. I was sure I would have to adjust the truss rod (GREAT FEATURE) and get the action like I would like it. Checked it top to bottom, PERFECT! FAST neck, the SEYOMORES SCREAM, and I could not be happier.

Amazing depth (crunch). Notes are bright, and harmonics come through EXACKLY like you would want a Barretta to. This is a ver versitle guitar.

I honesly think it could be dropped a tad, and by tad, I mean NOT MUCH. I'm used to a 84 SG Standard, and that about as good as action gets, this axe is REAL close.

Flawless.

Well, if time means 4 days, I can tell you I have WORE that Floyd OUT. Very minor tuning at first, and four days later, NONE. Great hardware on this beast.

It's worth every penny!!!

It's worth every penny. It's worth way more than what their asking.

Your general opinion of this product.

It's pretty much top of line. Everything from the floyd rose to the tuners are top notch.

Plays great. Real smooth and easy playing and it has badass lows and wonderful highs.

The seymour duncan that it comes with is wonderful. You won't be disapointed. You can play anything from Van Halen to Metallica. Pretty much anything sounds great with this guitar. You can even pull of some bluesy stuff.

The finish is really well done. Just becareful because it will scratch since it doesn't have a pickguard. But aslong as you take care of it than it will be fine.

I was suprised when I unpacked it. All I seriously had to do was tune it up a little bit, plug it in and play. No string buzz or mechanical issues. Its also very quiet when plugged in and not being played.

Great Guitar

This Guitar is built solid. Finish is really beautiful...I have the red and black.

Great...Note: Players need to know how to adjust the neck on all guitars. The wood breathes and changes in humidity will cause the neck to bow or straighten. A slight tweak to the truss rod fixes this.

Your general opinion of this product.

Awesome...I have put in a EVH Humbucker..cuz that's the sound I wanted.

The size of this guitar is great. The neck is fast.

The stock pick up sounds really good....I changed the pick up because I wanted to put the EVH Brown sound into it.

Way Cool..... Remarkable... Red and Black Bullseye

The guitar will need to be set up. This is so easy...anyone can do this...Look online ..there are a tone of tutorials.....or take it to a pro...

KRAMER 1984

Very well made, I just got it but is well built.

Only had it 2 weeks but I have hammered on the tremelo and it stays in tune well.

Your general opinion of this product.

Great guitar, it had super low action right out of the box. Gonna be a great 5150 project.

It feels great, fast neck with Chunky sound. It sounds awesome through my 5150iii.

Very Van Halen sounding. Awesome guitar.

Finish is great, now issues.

Super low action, just want you want in this style of a guitar.

No quality control when guitar arrives in the USA.

The guiter seems well built. The set up on the guitar is extremely poor. The Frets buzz and the action is set very high. This tells you they new of the fret buzz.

This guitar appears and feels like it will take a beating.

Your general opinion of this product.

It is on OK guitar. The quality failures of the guitar arriving in the USA and not being checked for set up. Esp at leasts inspects their guitars coming from Korea but this shows that Gibson does not. They sell the name not the guitar.

After fixing the frets and adjusting the action for Kramer (Gibson)it plays very well and is a great guitar for the price.

Its got the '84 Sound. Fat chugs and ripping highs. Its a metal guitar for sure.

Paint is good/finish is good.

Sucked. Worse guitar I ever bought out of the box. The action was a mile away from the fret board and the Frets buzz because they were not dressed properly or inspected. If your good at setting up a guitar this is a good guitar to get because besides playing it you will have to set it up first.
