A must have for apartment drummers

What is your opinion of this product?

These heads are the best method for practicing in an apartment or for being above the first floor. They do exactly what they say. Most video review gave me the impression that they were going to be louder than what they really are. I'm in a second floor town house my neighbor downstairs doesn't hear anything with a 22" kick 22" kick drum. Most importantly prior to these I had the rubber drum mutes that made it super difficult to practice cause they give off the wrong tone. Musical material is learned much quicker I've noticed ever since I've switched over to these. P.S my girl friend loves them.
