What is your opinion of this product?
I have been tooling around on a Damien Elite 7 as a knock around guitar and it never "felt" like a high quality instrument. This Merrow is on par with my USA Jackson up and down the fretboard, with smooth as glass ebony and stainless frets. This one came out of the box with very low action that was not possible with any other 7s I've owned without buzz city. The Floyd is top of the line with stainless string lock bolts and nut bolts. The neck is very thin but not too thin and the satin finish on the back just makes it that much faster. The bridge pickup is perfect for this guitar but even better is the fact that you aren't stuck with these pickups like you are with EMG block installs. The sustainiac is a cool toy but also the neck pickup has a single coil spank that was a pleasant surprise. Also, the color isn't the baby blue like in the pics which was a huge relief. It's more like 80's superman blue. My only knock is the glow markers don't glow very much. Not a deal killer.
