Product Description

Line 6 Relay Digital Wireless Delivers a Full Range of Tone!
Hassle free, Relay digital wireless guitar systems are and work right out of the box. Power up, pick a channel, and go! Put analog wireless to shame. All channels in all Relay digital wireless systems work all the time, there's no website to reference and no need to scan for open channels.

Perfectly placed ins and outs, metal stombox-style reciever, internally mounted antennas; the Relay G50 digital wireless system is the perfect addition to any pedal board.

Line 6 Relay G50 Features
  • 200-foot range; 12 user-selectable channels
  • Broad 10Hz-20kHz frequency response
  • Superior 118 dB dynamic range with Zero compression
  • Broadcasts in the 2.4GHz band: optimal for guitar wireless
  • Find open channels right out of the box—no scanning, no searching, no hassle
  • EQ settings match the sound of a guitar cable so you can keep your sound
  • Encrypted data stream provides additional signal protection
VWT
Exclusive VWT (Virtual Wire Transmission) technology ensures full-range frequency response, excellent transient response, and wide dynamic range - just like a high-quality guitar cable.

Superior Specs
Relay digital wireless systems produce full-range tones with 10Hz-20kHz frequency response, exceedingly low noise with up to 120dB dynamic range, and studio-quality resolution with 24-bit A/D conversion. (Comparably priced analog wireless systems offer 50Hz-15kHz frequency response and >90dB dynamic range. This wreaks havoc on your tone, especially if you use a high-gain amp.)

Cable Tone Simulation
Using a cable and a wireless system? Now you can switch back and forth without having to adjust the tone settings on your amplifier. Relay digital wireless systems feature a Cable Tone Simulator, which lets you match the sound of your Relay to the sound of your cable.

Compander Free
Companders squash your signal and ruin your tone. Analog wireless systems require companders but Relay wireless systems do not. Remaining compander-free enables Relay to deliver a beautiful high-end sparkle, thunderous low-end punch, and touch response that analog wireless systems simply cannot deliver.

DCL
Exclusive DCL (Digital Channel Lock) technology automatically locks out all sources of interference. The only sound that will come out of your amplifier is you - not static, not Top 40 radio, just you. Guaranteed.

2.4GHz broadcast… What about WiFi?
Worried about interference caused by 2.4GHz WiFi networks and Bluetooth devices? Don't be. Relay digital wireless systems use uniquely addressed and encoded digital transmission technology. Your tone will make it from your transmitter to your receiver free of interference.

The best way to avoid interference? Don't get in its way. Relay digital wireless systems broadcast in the 2.4GHz band, which successfully avoids interference caused by TV stations, public safety broadcasts, cell phone towers, and other high-powered sources.

Full Quality, No Matter What
Whether you're playing two feet from your Relay or at the edge of its range, you get the same great specs: full frequency response, superior dynamic range, cable-inspired dependability, and 24-bit A/D conversion.

This product works great. My bass has better tone than with a cable. This is my first wireless system and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to "cut the cable"

Love this unit!!

Product Review

for years I used an audio technica 1400 wireless, which worked flawlessly, until I got the nasty gram from them saying I was no longer allowed to use the uhf device lol. So the search was on for a new digital wireless. The guitarist in my band recommended I use this one, which is what he has been using since it came out, so I bought it, and having the 12 switchable frequencies makes it nice. Both our units sit within 10 feet of each other with no interference what so ever. I did have a problem with running energizer batteries though. I was having to use brand new batteries, the first 3 gigs I used the wireless on, and they were getting very low half way through the show, reguardless of where I had the battery consumption switch. So before I sent the unit back for another one, I tried using the duracell quantum AA batteries. That did the trick, I had full signal and full batteries all night. So no more Energizers lol. Unit works fantastic, love it!

Just right

Product Review

I play acoustic rhythm guitar. Do a lot of shows with a house PA. Simple to set this thing right in front of me, run a line to the DI and I’m off and running. Highly recommend.

Easy and reliable

Product Review

I have used this product for multiple gigs now and it is very simple and reliable. I play bass in a bass heavy band and have no tone or dropout issues. Would give it a five if it had a rechargeable battery.

Works as advertised.

Product Review

The "cable" tone seemed like a bit of hype. I went with the math. It listed a frequency response that met my needs. It has a zero compression stat. So I bought it to test. Everything advertised is accurate. I play in dropped A on a 5 string bass. This is the first wireless unit I have tested under $1500 that accurately reproduces my tone. The body pack is built solid. all metal chassis, and a nice locking battery compartment. The clip is tight, and does not slide at all on my strap. The receiver is just as solid, and fits on a pedal board nicely. I have not tested the full range, but 50 feet is clean and clear so far.
