THe MS-60B features a large LCD and analog-style cursor keys/parameter knobs that together form an easy-to-use graphical interface. This intuitive design makes creating, saving and rearranging the effect chain a breeze and provides easy navigation in live and studio settings.

A newly developed sigmoid curve clipper re-creates the smooth clipping of a tube amp’s waveform. This allows the MS-60B to simulate amplifier sounds, including clean, crunch and full-gain drive tones that are authentic to the original models while maintaining the nuances of fingering and picking techniques. The MS-60B’s six super-real amp models range from vintage gear to the latest trends in amp technology. In addition, you can pair any of the available amp models with any of the available stompbox effects and let you’re creativity run wild.

The all-new ZFX-IV DSP effects processor boasts amazing power and clarity, upgrading everything from sound to functionality and operability over previous ZFX versions. By using 32-bit floating-point processing, the MS-60B can produce sounds that are more realistic than ever before. The MS-60B offers 52 diverse types of effects, including some of the world’s most popular stompbox bass pedals and rack-mounted processors. The pedal’s wide range of effects includes distortion, compression, modulation, delay and reverb.

With the MS-60B, you can use up to four stompbox and amp effects simultaneously and arrange them in any order you like. This allows you the freedom to build complex tones, as well as the ability to bring individual elements in and out of the effects chain as you like.Right out-of-the-box, the MS-60B allows you to create and store up to 50 of your original patches.

To get you started, 30 of these patches are preprogrammed and form a versatile collection of bass sounds. These presets include some of the most popular stompbox and amp effects, as well as patches personally designed by some of the world’s top bassists. With the MS-60B, you can program which patches are recalled and the order in which they appear.

For example, you could select three patches—(A) ROCK BASS, (B) FUNKY SLAP and (C) SYNTH BASS—and program the MS-60B to cycle through only those three tones each time you press the footswitch. You can program the recall order of up to 26 patches (A-Z).Perfect for use in combination with traditional stompboxes, the MS-60B can be added to your pedalboard to decrease the size and complexity of your setup, while expanding your system’s effects and modeling capabilities.

The pedal’s auto-chromatic tuner offers smooth, real-time response with precise bass tuning and accuracy. Whether you’re in the middle of a performance or practicing alone, simply hold down the pedal’s footswitch to start getting your strings back in tune. In addition, the MS-60B’s LCD makes the tuner easy to see on a dark stage. You can also tune silently in the tuner’s MUTE mode or with all effects bypassed in its BYPASS mode.

The MS-60B can operate on three different power sources: AC adapter (sold separately), batteries or USB bus power when plugged into your computer. Two AA alkaline batteries (included) provide seven hours of continuous use.Firmware updates for the MS-60B can also be performed when plugged into your computer via USB.

Enjoy the world's first single stompbox multi-effects pedal for bass: the MS-60B MultiStomp Bass Pedal from Zoom.

Amazing Compact Unit
Product Rating
What is your opinion of this product?
I found the Octaver's tracking so good that if you bought the unit just for that it would be a win. But the amp models and the other effects are fantastic too. The chorus, flanger, reverbs, and synth effects are versatile and easy to dial in. When you add in the price this becomes an outstanding value. it travels easy in my case from state to state

it's nice but very difficult to read the very tiny instructions need a magnifying glass
What is your opinion of this product?
I like it a lot but I'm having problems with reading the instructions because the print is so small I have to use reading glasses and a magnifying glass which sucks

Definitely worth it!
What is your opinion of this product?
I was a little uneasy at first because I couldn't really find any useful videos on this thing, but I'm glad I bought it. The effects sound fantastic. I especially love that it gives you the ability to program the order of effects and cycle through them with the footswitch. You pretty much just choose the order of effects and let your foot do the rest. It's great.

Dump all your other stomp boxes!
What is your opinion of this product?
This pedal is the ANSWER! As a touring musician, one of the toughest decisions to make is which gear do you pack and what can you leave behind? Well now it just got easier to leave the pedal board behind! Considering the way airlines charge baggage fees, this pedal has already paid for itself!! All of my favorite effects in one space-saving stomp box! But QUALITY effects!! No more poorly tracking limited imitations of your favorite sounds! Fairly easy to use, and quite versatile with a build and feel of high durability; not a plastic "wish box", but a metal tool (meant in a good way)!!
High quality fit and finish as you would expect in a pedal costing twice as much.
The envelope filters are 70's era funky, the choruses are rich, and the octavers, EQ's and bass boots are spot on! And there's a delay patch that's as good as it gets!
The sounds are top quality almost as if they were all coming from a specialized unit!
Once you get used to the menu setup, changing the patches and parameters are a pretty easy task. I do recommend downloading the online manual .pdf unless you have the eyes of a young eagle, which I no longer have.
I've bought multi-effects and single effects units costing much more, and did not get the versatility or variety of this unit. It's an incredible value!

This is a deal
What is your opinion of this product?
This is a good deal for the number of amp modeling sounds, effects and features this peddle has.
It is a very versatile pedal plenty of effects to work all types and styles. The pedal is metal, but the buttons are rubber coated, I can see that wearing out.
Yes, SVT and MarkBass amp modeling.
Sounds great, no hum or static.
Tough to figure out at first but easy to manipulate once you get the hang of it.
This is a better value than the B3. You get four effects simultaneously with the pedal, only three with the B3.
