Featuring a mini footprint, the Fuzzolo is a silicon fuzz with a rich subby texture and aggressive mid-range. The Fuzzolo has a post gain Volume control and a Pulse Width control.
The Pulse Width control sweeps between square wave and a narrow/wide pulse shape. As you turn the control clockwise, the sound will become progressively more compressed and spitty. Natural gating occurs about half way through the knob's range.
A hidden feature of the Fuzzolo is an internal switch which allows you to optimize the Fuzzolo for active or passive pickups.
There is no gain control for the Fuzzolo, some beasts are to dangerous to tame.
There is no tone control for the Fuzzolo but this is as much of a design choice as a concession to the physical size of the enclosure. Removing the tone control from the circuit yields a more full range of frequencies, most notably the-mid range frequencies which allow you to be heard in a mix.
Battery not possible in this little guy.
