The compact gizmo definitely put a smile on my face. Having always had sliding faders on my mixers; I wasn’t sure how I would like the knobs. But it’s able to be more compact without the sliding faders, However, the bells and whistles built into the this little unique metal box is mind blowing!!! Very Clean Sound!

I needed a new mixer for a boxing event. Sound check was great!! The vocalist who was going to sing the national anthem, loved the sound quality. She said that she never heard her voice sound so good. After the national anthem I got many compliments about the way her voice sounded. The ZED 10fx with USB did a phenomenal job. Thank you American Musical for all your support and making it easy fo me to get gear when I need it ????

I have always noticed how my sound deteriorated since I sold my allen and heath... no matter what mixer I tried!!! So glad to have that beautiful tube-like warmth and purity back in my ZED 10FX with a smaller footprint, nice built-in effects and durable build! Once you hear Allen and Heath, you'll probably never go back to anything else ever again!

Bought this to use for rehearsal and small venues where all that needs to be miked is vocals. We have an A & H Mixwiz 16:2 mixer as well, and its performance was the major reason I got the 10FX. It's built just as solidly and sounds just as clean as its bigger cousin. If you don't need many inputs and you can live without ch inserts, mutes and faders, this will do nicely. I couldn't see the extra $100 just for that on the Zed60 model. Haven't tried the USB output (probably never will). We only use enough reverb to open things up a little and those fx are nice to have on board. Just not into lugging around piles of gear anymore, or having to patch it all up. This fits inside a small laptop bag I got at a yard sale.
Build-quality is very nice. Everything is solid. Haven't had it long enough to offer insights into dependability, but other A & H stuff seems pretty reliable
couldn't be much simpler - if you know the basics, you really don't even need the manual
very little noise, solid feel. I do wish it at least had mute buttons, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Very sturdy. A buddy of mine told me about this mixer for dj gigs and he said that he doesn't even have a bag for it (I could never do that to my gear!). Love the warm sound and the seeming unlimited headroom for mics and the extra inputs for the occasional live band that would play with me.
It's small footprint is great when I'm out on the road. I personally thought that i wouldn't like the fact that the faders are knobs instead of slider faders but once I started using this, believe me I got over it. The echo effect is also very nice for vocals but i would've like to see more control of the lower end sound, but what can you expect from such a small mixer.
Anyone can use this and it's simple form is not overwhelming for the novice. My little brother is learning the game and with this mixer i was able to give him a little lesson on the basics of live sound.
Very warm, clean, and crisp tone. Before this, I would connect my dj rig straight to my powered speakers and was never wowed by the sound. This gives you that WOW factor.
Built like a tank. The knobs are sturdy and the mixer doesn't feel like a plastic piece of junk (Sorry Behringer users). Very nice.

I would recommend this to any DJ that cares how his system sounds. A small footprint with great headroom for mics and the built in FX are great. I can't wait to start recording with this but haven't found the time yet!

Great, once you put your hands on it...you can feel the quality of the product, every single item A & H make it's a Semi-Pro and Pro level.
The sound is clean,clear...not colored at all. I wish it had more outputs (the software), not only one stereo out, that way you could route them into any DAW and make really amazing things with it.
It worked "Out of the box", no hassle trying to figure how to use it.
I said it before, it doesn't color the sound, you hear it as it should be...clean.
I had the ZED 14 before...when I can afford to have a bigger mixer...it will be one the big brothers.

solid... hoping it will outlive me
effects are clean and realistic. would like to have 2 stereo channels available for mono
can't be any easier!! plug and play- for live... recording is a bit more difficult- still pretty easy
does not color voice or instruments... you hear what you put in!
have had it for 2 months... so far, so good
