I love this bass cabinet. The bass tone sounds great, very balanced with nice mids. Nothing beats a Fridge. The AV look is awesome in person, love it.

Be prepared for it to take a long time to get to you, but it is worth the wait! This is the sound of rock and roll! Best sounding cab on the market, it will make any head better, but it really shines with the SVT-VR, bringing out all that Ampeg goodness!

It's a thoroughbred Ampeg alright. It has good fit and finish
I like having the mono or stereo option. It needs to be motorized... The thing is heavy!!
Matched to my SVT-VR... Nothing can even come close! I had a Hartke stack with the VR before I could pony up for the AV. No competition at all. Don't get me wrong... Larry Hartke is a great guy and his customer service is second to none, but his cabs are not as good.
It is a heavy beast. Casters are nice. Many others have copied the idea.
Like a classic designed Ampeg should be.
The finish is great. Do yourself a favor and get a road case for it. The cloth and tolex won't stay pretty very long otherwise.
Break your 10's in really well....
