only thing I wish is that it had an aux input for each ch on the front of the unit instead of the rear. other than that it seems to power every type of headphone very well

We upgraded to this for our headphone practice studio setup from a really old Behringer headphone amp. The sound quality it so much better. The EQ option is nice too.

MainMix & diff instrument mix for each player... Great, & sounds Great !

Had it a week, seems pretty solid. The mixes are totally acceptable
for tracking and overdubbing, plenty of volume, nice and clear.
I'm using Yamaha's reference monitors for actual mixing but the
Headamp6 is perfect for tracking ! I like it.
Can fade the balance between the Main mix and whoever, independently on each channel. Also, it's nice to be able to cut the treble a little on an otherwise perfect headphone mix.
I underestimated the value of the Bass, treble knobs. They are
very helpful. Front and back Headphone outs, Yes! presonus No.
The headamp itself is simple, feed it a stereo main mix and then feed each channel an aux mix from your board. Each player can get a
main mix + "I want more of this, ect, ect, ect" . If you're familiar with your board, mixing boards in general it's simple, otherwise ya
gotta read a little on aux sends and main outs, ect.
