These sound incredibly clear and flat. Great for recording and listening. I’ve used these so much the past couple weeks mainly just streaming music. Really have heard music differently since I got these. Every nuance is there and it’s not over-shrouded by any frequency boost that I can hear. I upgraded to these from a pair of AKG closed back headphones in the sub 100 dollar range (can’t think of the exact model) and I can’t go back!

These headphones really do sound great but it's so heartbreaking that with just one drop they break and this is my second pair that broke and for the price that is F****ng disgusting quality. I have 2 of them and same thing happened. So $600.00 down the drain. I tried to crazy glue together but that a joke. Funny how the cheaper pair for $169.00 seems to be more sturdy. Do we ever get what we pay for anymore or merchants just don't care?!?!?.

I want to start by saying these headphones sound amazing. I am however disappointed because the swivel connection for the left ear managed to break after about 5 months. Same thing happened to my M40X headphones after having them for a year. Now I'm starting to think it's a quality issue with audio Technica headphones in general. I will be looking elsewhere when purchasing my next set.

I got these a month ago for mixing in quiet areas and love them. They are absolutely flat with no increased bass. The set includes a nice case along with three different cables. The construction seems solid and I especially appreciate the 1/4" adapter being threaded. I'm glad I purchased these and would do so again in a heartbeat.
