...an impedance transformer...that makes the conversion between XRL connection and 1/4.
I use this to connect guitar direct to a mixer and the mixer doesn't have Hiz.!

I have low impedance mics I needed a low impedance to become a 1/4 male in comes AMS to the rescue wit this audio technica cp820 audio technica is very good this is not the first time I used their equipment
