Omg First I was impressed w the packaging and then it was the sound test.Passed with flying colors. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to get away from the middle end headphones. The superior quality and craftsmanship is none compared.I just put them in and I am engulfed in the music.

Great set of headphones! I use these for my studio setup as well as my turntable. I like being able to switch between mono and stereo modes. I would defiantly recommend!

5 yrs and still my go to’s when mixing. Coiled Cable sucks, but if you’re easy with it and tighten it all the way and don’t stretch it too much it’s cool. I always use the long cable no problems with it. Grab these!!

Straight out of the box the cable acts like a bad connection. I am not sure if it’s input or cable. I payed them down and left them in the box.I read all the reviews and seen another person said the input acts that way. I was hoping maybe after all the good reviews they got a bad one or it wore out quick. I haven’t tried to do return or reach customer service as I don’t have the time.

I finally can say it true that i have a set of headphones i trust tge mix i get from them. I ASKED TGE AMS SALES PERSON IF THEIR COULD BE A WAY I CAN MIX IN HEADPHONES. of course the answer was yes but i heard that before so i asked tge hard questions and the response was hard to believe i bought them to see how they could make a difference.
i tested them on a Variety of mixes my clients don’t know it but the records are in rotation and being played mixed with the Avatone M1 mix headphones hey don’t let the size set you back they very comfortable over long mixes

These headphones are awsome. They have full range sound so you can hear you entire mix. Extremely comfortable. I had a Singer recording in my studio and he raved about how clear the sound was which helped him feel the more of the dynamic of the song making for a more soulful recording. I'm planning on buying 2 more for the studio as soon as I can. Thanks.

It took me awhile to get a feel for these but once I did they really sound nice and are fairly comfortable. The mono and mix switch is effective in all 3 positions. Very happy with these.

I believe that many headphones are very accented in the bass range and low mid range. A lot of sub bass and other frequencies get overcompensated but in large most people dont own or listen to headphones with those features. Most people listen on laptops, basic headphones, cars with no extended lows or subwoofers and basic stereos. When you want to mix you need these bc they will allow you to hear the way most will listen.

Great headphones for mixing and mastering. Top quality build, has some weight to the it, but the switch is a bit wiggly. Besides that you get great reference headphones it’s like having three different headphones in one. Get it you won’t be disappointed.

I was quite shocked with the difference using these headphones from others. I have Akgs, sennheiser and I must admit what a difference. I love the ability to switch between mono, cube and stereo on the headphones. In an apartment, monitors aren’t always an option.

I have always wanted a pair of headphones to truly mix with I've bought many many brands looking to achieve the perfect mix but I feel that I've found the Holy Grail of headphone I love my Avantone MP1 Mixphones not only do I use them in my own recording studio but I take them to other studios when it's time to work outside in the field or to go to a friends studio to help with a project I am as well a music producer and I can 100% get my compositions that perfect mix to a point better than my HS80's & HS50's give me I would highly recommend the MP! Mixphones to anyone who is looking for a great pair of headphones to mix in and at a price you just can't beat also great for musicians on a budget or small space the'll get the job done!

These are amazing headphones! The accuracy of sound between each mode gives a perfect representation of the sound you are seeking to ensure you are getting the most quality mix. I know most don’t prefer to mix on headphones, I find the more than exceptional for anyone on the go or mixing at home! I would definitely recommend these!

They seem to be built very well except for where the cable screws in. It just spins and one side will cut out at times and you have to wiggle it to connect. $200 is $200 dollars and this seems to be a little detail that shouldn't be over looked on head phones costing this much.

Helped my mixes right out of the box. These headphones translate perfectly to my Yamaha HS8’s. I love that you can mix in mono with a flip of a switch right on the headphone. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my studio in a long time.

I have a studio room that's tuned for intensive listening and mastering with pro clocking and monitoring. When I'm on the go I rely on these and wow, they translate amazingly. Make sure to adjust them on your ears where you hear the most bass, it will be super accurate!

So glad I purchased these babies, I love the (what you mix is what you get) flat response they have, and the fact that I can go from stereo to mono with the flick of a switch. I've read great reviews about other models, but these have definitely killed my curiosity to try other headphones for the moment.
