While some Behringer products do seem a bit 'weak' on the durabilty end of things, these bad boys are very solid. If your studio monitors are taking a beating, then something is wrong to start with...but these could probably handle it.
From my experience with comparible class moniters, you would be hard pressed to find better sound, quality and features for the price. One thing I would like is a frontside headphone jack, but definitely not a deal breaker.
Pretty much plug in and play. They could offer a little more info for dialing in the Room Compensation for your specific needs, but if you have any clue about what you are doing, then it shouldn't be much of a problem getting everything set right.
The sound is great, and plenty of power. If you are planning on using these mainly for purposes other than mixing, then definitely want to EQ them a bit.
Only had these for 1.5 months, so far no issues and I don't expect any.
Your general opinion of this product.
Again, no better bang for the buck. If you are using these for mixing a specific limited genre, such as hip hop, club and the like, then there are better options out there, but for an all around great sound for mixing...these will do the job nicely.
