I wanted a small USB mixer to use with my DAW to record with, and the Behringer Xenyx Q1202 USB fit my needs perfectly. Not to small, not to large. Sits perfectly on my desk within easy reach. I’ve been very happy with this unit. The only thing I would change on it or add rather is rubber feat. However this wasn’t a big deal. I simply found some adhesive rubber feet and attached them, putting slightly larger ones on the rear so it angles up for easier access and viewing of the knobs. A great little mixer.

This is my second Q1202 USB. I needed more inputs so rather than buy a big mixer, I just bought a second one to polychain into the first. They work great. As always AMS are the best.

I use it for zoom, meet & Microsoft meetings.
Particularly for zoom weddings as I am a di but now there’s no parties, however people do the zoom weddings. I mix the groom/bride, minister, and music. With this mixer.
It all sounds perfect.

I thought this had DSP effects built in. I should have read the description more thoroughly. It works, and sounds good. I was really hoping for the effects. But my bad.

I never thought a mixer would make this much of a difference for youtube recordings, but this thing does, I plan on buying an even bigger mixer in the future, Behringer of course.

It is well-built; I've owned other peripherals by Behringer gefore and they're stout. As for dependability, I just got this one, but I've never had problems with this brand, and AMS gave me a free warranty so I don't anticipate any.
Best: Cost, ease of use and COMPRESSION (say ahhhhhh)
Would add: Dual sliders for Mains
Plugged it up, plugged it in....Doh!
Very quiet, no hum or hiss. The preamps are very good.
Don't know yet, but reliability hasn't been a problem with their gear for me.
Your general opinion of this product.
Very good for small venue applications (you're not going to use this if you've sold out a stadium)and home studio use. It's perfect for 4-piece band that doesn't want to haul a board around that weighs a metric ton.
