All I have to say..... It was worth it. I was pondering over the Blue Bluebird as my purchase for awhile, but I’m sooooo glad I decided on the upgrade. I’ve used it for about a month now and the Blue Baby Bottle SL has only produced quality. Great for vocals and could see myself using this for a podcast or even streaming. Go ahead and buy it, it’s worth it!

This Mic is by far the best mic I’ve purchased in its price range. Everything is clear, picks up what you want it to. I own the spark and was surprised at how well that did for its price, so it was no surprise that this was going to be a monster when I got it. I’ve owned this mic for a year now and I don’t think I’ll upgrade any time soon. This fulfills every want and need I could imagine, from broadcasting to recording music. Blue is just an amazing company and they make top of the line products at a fair price. Worth every penny I spent.

Originally, I wasn't even a fan of the Baby Bottle; I hated it. The original Bluebird, on the other hand, was my main workhorse for several years, but when it comes to these new SL version mics, the Baby Bottle just sounds so damn good. The Spark and Bluebird SL mics sound very good for their price point, but I'd highly recommend the Bottle over either of the other two. Now if you have the funds, just skip the entry-level Blue mics, and go with either the Neumann TLM 102 or 103, though Blue is REALLY great!

So, I purchased the Blue baby bottle about 3 months ago and If I could go back I would make the same choice. Extreme value for a great price, this microphone really has the ability to capture all vocal accents and sounds. Coupled with my Apollo x4 I have been able to bring industry standard music production within the confines of my home and my friends are continually blown away by the quality of my music, the best thing is that the baby bottle does the work for me ! 10 out of 10 mics !

I’m sold on this mic it sounds beautiful with my voice, I previously used the Bluebird from Blue and always thought it was extra bright on the high end, but THIS mic has become my best friend in just a week after receiving it

This Microphone is awesome. I recently upgraded my mic in my home studio and have been pleased with this mic. My prior mic was good, don't get me wrong, but this microphone is leagues ahead of my other mic I was using prior. It Looks good, but most importantly it sounds really good.

I have always bought second hand when it came to music equipment. Convinced that Lenon was right in saying, “give me a tuba and i’lll get you something out of it”. While that is true and, every young musician should live by that, there is also plenty to learn and benefit from nice equipment. Now, don’t get it twisted. I am not saying a $10,000 guitar will make you sound like Hendrix or that an equally expensive microphone will bring the heavens down when you sing into it. But, if you want to, at the very least, put out your honest sound; then it really does pay off not skimping on recording equipment. No mic will make you a better singer but cheap mics will not do you any favors either. The Blue Baby Bottle (cute name) will give you a true/professional sound for a reasonable price. Go through the gamut boys and girls while you are still finding your sound but when you are ready to give it to the people then spend a lil scratch investing in this microphone.
