It is the type of chorus that I really like - not to wobbly or dizzying. I like my chorus to be cold sounding (not in a shrill way) and almost like a micro pitch detune ala EVH. This chorus does it for me...

Ive used a chorus since 1988. This one is a gem. Its subtle no background swooshing noises. I really dont mess with the eq nob just keep it at 12. If i turn the rate up it becomes noticable but with the dept high n the rate anyplace below 10 o clock its really nice. Its more of an enhancement than a heavy effect. You gotta be looking for it to really notice it even with the blend up pretty high. I absolutely love this chorus and how noisless it is

Works great. For some reason I have to power it on every time I plug my pedal board in when the rest of the pedals automatically turn on but its not much of a problem. Easy to operate. Does exactly what you would want from a chorus pedal. Playing side by side with other chorus pedals the decision was easy. Looks really nice as well and has a nice finish on it. Only four knobs makes it simple and easy to operate.

I had a older Boss Chorus in my board array for long time and loved it. Just thought I’d try this Super Chorus out - see if really much difference. I am very pleased that it’s good, really dang good, and enough improvement with wider expanse of settings to make it worth it.

like other boss pedals, its made to stand alot...im not the best of taking care of my pedals and these boss pedals can take abuse
the sound is great...true-bypass but i have an older one so i think the effect might be dying a little...i doubt it will happen to the newer manufactered ones

this was the first effect pedal ive gotten...its great...but your very controled on the effect...i would buy something from Electro-harmonix because they go over the top with everything they do...but this pedal is great no doubt about it
pretty good i guess..its a nice pedal
im not sure on the newer models but mine goes from a "shallow" to "deep" watery-sound

Like all Boss pedals, this thing is built like a tank. I have no worries whatsoever about it breaking.
All of my boss pedals have stood the test of time. Never had a single problem at all.

Very nice chorus pedal. You can get a lot of different sounds out of it if you know how to use it correctly.
This pedal sounds like a chorus pedal should. It is flexible tone wise, but could be more flexible. If you want something with a TON of flexibility get the ch-5.
You can get a lot of different tones from this if you know how to use. I have my set to a very nirvana like tone, which is what I like, but with the right amount of tweaking you can get it to sound very natural as well.
Paint job is blue, just as you'd expect
I don't believe pedals have action.

I didn't realize what effect a chorus pedal made until just a few weeks ago. Then when I heard it I bought this one almost immediatly. For me it is mostly because I play a lot of Nirvana and 3 Doors Down and stuff. It is the sound used in the intro to Nirvana's "Come as you are." It's also great when you use the output B for stereo. All I can say is, I love it. You can always expect good things from BOSS.

i bought this pedal like a year ago.only modulation pedal i like.nice shimmering sound!hard to get the right sound though.ive tried other pedals and this is worth the 70+ bucks.this pedal is cool,i dont use this pedal too much,actually i dont use any pedal to much.this is a keeper though.forget flanger or phaser pedals too.

This is the best chorus for under $100. Don't waste your time with anything else. The only chorus I like better is the TC Electronic, but it's much too expensive for something that I rarely use.
