Love this delay pedal! I use delay in pretty much every song I play for worship and this thing absolutely crushes it all. I like the fact that everything is customizable and user friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a delay pedal.

Very versatile, tons of parameters, extra sturdy, beautiful look. Not entry level, but with time you can hone and shape decent tones and delays with this thing. I studied on delay pedals for weeks and I am glad this was my conclusion.

This pedal is amazing. It has all the goodies of the high priced units and computer units with the same time tested boss platform. Easy to use and dial in any sound you want. Thanks to AMS they make it easy for a gearhead to grab up such amazing pedals with monthly payments

Anyone that knows me will tell you that I have owned pretty much every delay pedal made and of course I am never satisfied. Until I got the DD-500 does absolutely everything I could ask. Had to do a little reading o figure out how it works but turned out it was really simple. Cant go wrong with BOSS!!!

Tons of customization and delay types. Sounds great and let’s you customize the delays however you prefer. Can do stereo delays and even have two different delays running at the same time. The possibilities are crazy.

This was on a promo so picked it up for Black Friday. I previously had a Strymon Timeline that I loved but had to sell for financial reasons.
First off the Boss DD500 is not a timeline but for the money comes super close.
It's half the price and truthfully for most people will be as good as a Strymon Timeline.
Pick one up and you'll love it!!

I use delay a lot in my playing. I wanted this or a Strymon Timeline. I decided to go with the Boss. It has analog dry through just like the Strymon. They both have pluses and minuses. But the fact I can have two delays at once with the Boss was a great plus. And it’s $100 cheaper, which always helps. And as always, American Musical Supply made it easy. I’ve bought many things through them and have always had great success.

I was looking for a delay pedal that would give me a ton of options, and this is it! Everything built in sounds natural and I get completely lost in the sounds. No more of this "put a ton of junky sounds together so we can sell it more", this thing sounds great on every setting!

This pedal has no on/off switch ! you have to manually unplug the input cable to turn it off....I emailed Boss and they said this is how most of their pedals work.. BAD DESIGN! What if you want to play a song live with no delay....guess you have to unplug it and bypass it .. terrible
