This is a great chair to sit on while practicing any instrument. It’s lightweight and easy to be stored anywhere. I do wish it folded up a bit differently but that’s just personal preference, overall this is a sturdy bench.

I bought this for my wife and daughter, to go with their Christmas present. When I took it out of the box, I was pleased to see how little assembly was involved. There were informative instructions, which I found a couple days after I opened this stool. I am a large man, and am very comfortable sitting on this stool, it is very comfortable, and doesn't feel wobbly.

I bought two of these "keyboard" benches ... not for a keyboard! I find them to be great to sit on while playing guitar, too! Easy to move around on and lots of room! I also use them to put combo amps on as the seat is big enough to hold some pretty good-sized combo amps!
They hold up to 240 pounds and the seat is deep and wide enough to look good under a 1X12 combo or a small bass amp. I have a Boss Katana on one of them and a Fender Rumble 100 bass combo on another! Perfect! I also have a third one with a stereo amp on it that I run a drum machine through.

For some reason the material on the bench splits. At first I thought my grandson did something to it to make it tear but I also bought one for my granddaughter and it's doing the same thing. The bench itself is sturdy but cheap material.

How sturdy this piano chair is there is nothing that i dont like it is what i wanted. I have had it for a couple of weeks. Yes it meets all my expectations. It is compact which i like and well built for the price that i paid.
