This is the best pedal I own. It is great on most settings, but I love the short repeats with that echoplex drive sound mixed in. I can get a cool Beatles tone out of it. 5 stars!

The preamp adds to the authenticity of the unit being an echoplex in a smaller footprint. I run it into the input of my amp and use it to fatten my tone. I like the fact that it sounds like an old analog solid state device. I am still in the experimental stage but , I can tell you it's a keeper!

I spent untold amounts of time watching videos of this pedal on the interwebs, and people really struggled to make it sound......bad. in a world filled with internet videos that make good guitar gear sound terrible, this pedal has withstood the onslaught. in real life, it really is THAT good.
there are two features that really set it apart from other echo/delay pedals: recording level, and modulation. the recording level allows you to adjust the volume essentially of the repeats in contrast to your picking or strumming, and can effectively create a little dirt in the sound as well. the modulation emulates naturally-occurring warble from actual tape echo units, and it’s this feature that really makes the pedal a stand alone thing; you can effectively dial in a vibrato-y, chorus-y effect that creates an unbelievably full sound. and to boot, the pedal is incredibly intuitive.....so easy to dial in really usable sounds. i can’t go on enough about this pedal. worth every cent.
