Nice build quality. Good neck that’s not too thin for a shred-style guitar. Pickups are way hotter than I prefer (but knew that going in). My only major complaint was, the weight. This guitar came in at just under 9lbs which is actually heavier than my Les Paul. Unfortunately, that was a dealbreaker for me. Around 8lbs would have been just fine. I’m not a weight weenie, but past shoulder/back injuries require something just a touch lighter. Still a nice guitar.

I bought this guitar to shred some Van Halen with when he passed and while it isn’t an EVH guitar, it’s pretty darn close! I absolutely love this axe, the tone is very bright and warm, the Floyd rose functions smoothly and changing strings isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Not to mention it had great action and good feeling strings right out of the box. The So-Calus are a staple of what a superstrat should always be, and Charvel seems to nail it on the head every time with these! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for your classic 6-string Floyd ????

Love this guitar good sound feels good in my hands easy to move around the neck and shred down to blues licks nice bridge and love the jumbo frit wire the look of the guitar is very cool and would buy another in a different color.

What a great guitar came set up action just a little high very clean. Pickups sound great the FloydRose stays in tune. Pick harmonics are insane. Very fast neck no sharp frets. Sounds fantastic clean or dirty. Perfect Weight volume and tone knobs are perfect. Guitar was delivered early and the packing was superb. I would definitely recommend this guitar for anyone.

This charvel is amazing. I've played for 25 years and always liked charvels and strats. This is definitely a super strat. Neck is great. Plays effortless. Pickups sound very good. Hot and nice tone. Now, the only drawbacks i can think of are if you like Ibanez necks this will seem thick. If you want good access to the upper frets this maybe isnt for you. Also the neck plate area sticks out like old school guitars.this is all done on purpose of course to recreate the original charvels. I don't mind any of these things, myself. Easily the best guitar ive had. Can't say enough about AMS . Got this in 1 day without a blemish. Set up perfectly. Thanks again

Where to start??? The finish on this guitar is immaculate and flawless. It’s my first matte finished guitar and it’s beautiful!!! The neck is fast and the most comfortable neck you will ever play regardless if genre or style of playing you’re into! Tone tone tone!!! With the tap coil switch you can go from blues to pop to metal, combine that with the Floyd Rose floating bridge and dives and screaming harmonics are a touch away!!! By far the best guitar I’ve owned in 20 years of playing.

Had a ground issue right out of the box but found the main ground wire had a cold solder at the trem claw...easy fix..
Still gave it 5 stqrs..awesome fiddle
