First of all the guitar is beautiful. The tuning keys makes the headstock stick out. The neck is perfect in my small hands enabling in changing chords for Flamenco. I enjoy the built in tuner. Over all a incredible guitar!

Cordoba makes some of the best Classical and Flamenco Guitars , this one is no exception. I chose the GK Studio Negra over a Classical for the deeper tone . Took it to a Tech to lower the action , now it's perfect . I purchased this Guitar to record one of my songs . The Studio Board Man could not say enough about how beautiful the Guitar came through before any Mastering . Looks , sound , and playability , all there . I didn't even have to change the strings , it came with Savarez strings . I am very pleased with my purchase , it was delivered in 2 Day's .

I like the Cordoba GK Negra, arrive on time as promised, Amazing guitar when i play is soft and clear sound for flamenco and latino music, the tuner is better then the previous models.. i recommend this guitar to any one who like acoustic clear sound..

Well ... i have more than 30 years as a guitar player, from fender passing by gibson , godin, Martin, Taylor, duesenberg... i really know about good guitars... but cordoba did a great job on this thine amazing instrument, first .. is just gorgeous... second you can play 24 hours you will not get tired, the action on this guitar is unbelievable low and easy for playing and finally the sound is amazing.... i have the chance to buy a Taylor and i select the negra gk, believe me ... no regrets... thanks cordoba. Oh one thing, cordoba, at least include a gigbag for the guitar, is the only negative i have to say.

I am a luthier by trade and a punker from birth, but have wanted to learn to play flamenco style guitar for years now. I picked this up as a starter and it plays as well as any Martin or Taylor I’ve owned over the years. It looks, feels, and sounds like a much more expensive instrument. I have not had to make any adjustments to it. Frets are perfect, finish is flawless, the neck is smooth, and tuning machines are beautiful.
I really can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking to learn flamenco/classical style, or anyone looking for a touring instrument.

The Córdoba GK Studio Negra is a rare gem among acoustic classical guitars. Once you hold it and hear the incredible tones it offers your ears, you not want to put it down. Pure ear candy that plays like soft golden butter as you easily slide your fingers on the fretboard and bend the strings. After playing many other acoustic and classical guitars over the years as a professional musician, the GK Studio Negra was ‘the one’ I’d been searching for. It just feels good and the woods are so well balanced not only in tones but beautifully designed. It’s truly a work of art and has much character. The value is unbelievable for what you get because this remarkable guitar plays and has the appearance of one three times it’s cost. There’s no other way to say it except that you will fall in love with it. I did.
For classical, jazz, folk or blues it’s a wonderful companion on or off the stage plugged in or not. With dynamic rich low end and gorgeous sustain, you will be inspired to play this versatile guitar for many years. The Córdoba GK Studio Negra is a graceful friend that you will cherish.

I have a Ramirez. I have not touched it since I held my Cordoba Negra. Fingering is so easy because of the thin neck. Action is close to that of an electric solid body with the proper spacing for fingers like an expensive classical guitar. Matter of fact, all my other classics are gathering dust. Get a Negra and slap on some Labella 413p flat wound basses to complete the experience.

The GK Studio Negra sits very well in the company of much more expensive models. I've been playing guitar for a few decades, but I never the world of Flamenco and Classical styles. My loss, because I've been missing a fabulous sound which the GK Studio Negra produces. The sound has many timbres. It is warm, dark, bright and has deep bass tones. The Spanish flavor and genre challenges has me coming back for more each day. In fact, the playability of this guitar has me back in love with playing the guitar as if it was the first time.
The GK Studio Negra is an entry level guitar, but there is also a PRO model of this guitar. However, if you're looking for an affordable Flamenco/Classical guitar which is both acoustic and electric, this is the guitar for you.
*Important note: Do your diligent research to understand how to maintain an Acoustic Guitar if you want it to last and serve you well. The guitar's wood requires proper humidity and temperature levels.
