I've now owned a pair of these speakers for five months.
After using them regularly on my solo jobs with no issues, I feel more comfortable giving them the big thumbs up for this review.
I use a Strat and an acoustic guitar with rhythm tracks. These speakers have great clarity with tight low end.
Previously I was never satisfied with how my Strat sounded coming out of a PA speaker. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my Strat sounds using this current system.
Tracks, acoustic, vocal all sound really good.
I was sceptical at first when considering the Cerwin Vega CVE-10's. I didn't know anyone that was using Cerwin Vega to get an opinion from.
I'm glad that I took the chance because I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I use this loudspeaker for a number of things. I use the speaker as a monitor when I’m djing. The Bluetooth feature is excellent for when play music from my phone or IPad. The sound quality is good with clean highs and deep rich bass. And the price is excellent! Compact, lightweight (29 pounds) and for only $329.00 I’d say this is a good deal on my opinion.

I’m what I consider a sound geek. I’m open to many speaker companies. However, my dad has always told me Cerwin vega was the best for decades. I’ve used this speaker by itself for hours parties inside and outside. It’s in my opinion better than the QSC K10. It’s the lower end model of the cerwin vega line but for 329$ this is a way better investment then spending 700$ on a QSC speaker. It’s cerwin vega.... only thing I can slightly take away is that there is so much bass that sometimes the highs tend to seem a bit low but that’s also depending on the song. Two of these speakers and back yard parties sound crazy. The cabinet is built so well and the dsp modes are good. I usually have it in live mode for outside gigs so there’s enough clean bass along with clear highs. Inside gigs I use “DJ/club” mode which has more booming bass and the highs reflect off the walls. Cerwin vega is the best in my opinion it’s just not marketed like JBL and QSC and EV

I bought this speaker as a house speaker. After hearing this I was amazed. Now I use the Bluetooth to listen to music on my phone, I also take it to a party as a monitor speaker and I use it for when I’m djing internet radio. I’m going to buy the matching pair to this speaker because I love these speakers.
