AMS Is Always There For You

Product Review Last year AMS was very accommodating and supportive with decisions on a bulk order of new equipment over $1,000 that I made for my electric guitar. A month ago I had a D'Addario guitar multi-tool arrive earlier than quoted. However the product was actually chipped and one key in the tool was a bit bent. Nonetheless AMS acted fast to fix this situation as I knew they would. I wish I could remember the name of the representative that responded to my replacement request. She had it arrive in two days and the new one was perfect. The reason I am leaving this review is so that this representative can be identified by AMS and rewarded for her support. Thank you again very much!
