It helps my Neve 1073 or my API sound even better, even if I just run it through clean. Very versatile and it sounds amazing! You will not be disappointed.

Compliments on my tone are through the roof after acquiring this box. It's simply devastating in terms of tone, feel and aggressiveness. Cuts through and is very articulate without losing bottom end. Can barely purr or become absolutely BRUTAL.
Distortion button popped off after using it just a couple of times. I can still engage it with the very tip of my finger, but it's a bit disheartening, especially since I never step on it, I always just sit it on top of my amp and press buttons with fingers since I'm a one trick pony and just like it balls out all the time. I tried to replace switch myself, but after opening the box, declined. It looks very proprietary with ribbon cables, etc... Ending up buying another box the other day so I can get this one repaired. I really do not want to be without one and will probably just keep both. They're expensive, but if you're on the fence about it, you won't regret it.
