American Musical Supply are the best company for any musician. Their staff are professional and patient with the customer. I have never had an issue with them because they make it affordable for anyone during this pandemic to have the top of the line instruments and accessories. In the last couple of months, I have been recovering from being off work for nearly 2 months where I sold all of my cymbals and hardware to have food in the house. Well, I have started the process of rebuilding my drum hardware with American Musical Supply and I am forever grateful them. I recently purchased the DW 5000 Double Pedal and I love this pedal.

Paul hooked me up with this Pedal in the Customer Service department on an easy to set-up 3 payment plan (no credit check.) I called in asking a number of questions about the 9002 and the 5002 along with the new Direct Drive Pedal DW released. He walked me through every question thoroughly with valid responses. I purchased the DW 5002, it came 2 days later. I was pleasantly surprised at how it felt at first play and the comfort it gives to your heel and toe. An absolutely astounding pedal for any types of Genre's and heavy foot stompers around, and for the price you can't go without it...

Been using DW pedals for years. No adjustments needed right out of the box. Upgraded from a single DW 5000 to the double. No time adjusting to feel because it is exactly like my other pedal. This has been an excellent product, I am not a professional drummer, I bought my Alesis strike Pro drum kit for my studio, and purchases pedal to go with it. This pedal has performed perfectly for what my studio drummers have told me. There's been no issues and has done exactly when you supposed to do and as advertised.

The pedal action and construction are fantastic. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons: 1. In order to use the case you must take the drive rods apart. This is senseless wear and tear on the pedal, and needlessly takes time to setup and breakdown. 2. The floorplates are bright red! You're stuck with it. Not great with my blue and chrome kit. Other than that I recommend this pedal.

Takes a beating and just keeps working. This is my second. Probably the last pedal I'll have to buy. The first one still works perfectly. I have multiple kits and this way I'm not carrying it all over. I ordered it and got it the next day.

the 9000 but I gig with the 5000. O yes" I use my 14 year
old 5000 double pedal to practice- Again-built to last....
