Great price and a great value . This compressor pedal does exactly what it’s advertised. Can’t go wrong for the money. AMS never fails to deliver exactly what I ordered fast and easy.

For an inexpensive compressor, it works really well. Might get a Bogner someday, but a Bogner is just an exotic premo, and the MXR is a high performance budget substitute.

I borrowed a friend's MXR Dyna Comp pedal and liked it. When I went to order one I found the upgrade Super Comp for only $10 more. This one has a control for attack. I am able to get the sustain with little added distortion. I use this pedal with a Boss Blues Driver.

It seems well built; most Dunlop/MXR are well made in my experience
Only had it for 3 weeks; so far, so good; but I have a few MXR pedals and they have all held up
Your general opinion of this product.
This may not be boutique, but it is very tweakable with the added attack level. Thing is built to last, Takes a bit of adjusting, but had it after a few sessions
This feels like a steel block!
Adds snap on the cleans; nice sustain on distortion Can hit just the right amount of compression
flat black wih white lettering; small pedal footprint. No defects noted

QUALITY:
I love MXR quality and this pedal is no exception. 5
FEATURES:
Everything you need to do the job. 5
EASE OF USE:
Takes some playing with, but the time is well spent. 4
VALUE:
Definitely worth it. I've yet to see an MXR pedal not worth the money!
SOUND:
Very transparent and subtle. As it should be. Not what I expected when I got it, but after a while, it fit perfect. I have used compression on a multi effects pedal I used to have and it altered the sound too much.
