Product Rating Product Review Really simple to use. It has a lot of really great, classic tones. The only knock is the tracking on some settings can be a bit wonky. Also remembering it's a monosynth and not a polysynth takes a little bit to get into my head. Not a huge issue. Fun and worth the money.

Product Review Pros: Affordable, multiple sounds, ability to save presets Cons: Tracking isn’t the best, of the sounds on tap only a handful have real world applications, having an expression pedal is almost a must since you can only change certain perimeters if you have one. Conclusion: you get what you pay for. Not a professional pedal but it’s not priced to be either. If you want something you can gig with, go with the EHX Micro Synth, but if you want something to mess about in you bedroom with, give this a go.

Product Review The tones you can get seems endless! I am a bass synth enthusiast but I had to remember this a "mono" synth pedal. So you can't compare it to a Moog. But the Acid setting sounds just like the TB-303! This pedal be very useful in my arsenal as I rebuild my pedal board!

Product Review Using 1000 watts of power guaranteed me to go deep, so deep that it vibrates the floor. The single note format is easily achieved as the voicing is so pronounced. The equalization that you choose for your effect is very comfortable. I plan to have all the fun I can. The preset's themselves are spot on. This is a top end piece of gear for sure.

Two Instruments in One and Both Sound Great

Product Review This is a review for players that are looking for synth sounds. I have to say that so you know what this pedal is not. It is not a fuzz pedal. It is not a phaser. It is not a flanger. This is for synth AND synth bass. Yes, AND. With the turn of a dial you are either playing a monophonic synthesizer (pads!) or a synth bass (donk donk!)or something in between. Here's where I have to say that around the 1 to 2 o'clock positions on the dry knob were not very useful to me, but your mileage may vary depending on your pickups, your playing style, and your amp. To get your full money's worth, you'll need to be of two minds while using this pedal. Don't have the dry knob at 4 o'clock and try a JJ-style run. At 4 o'clock you need to be thinking like Vangelis (sustained synth notes). Set the knob at 12 o'clock or to the left (synth bass) and now you can get your synthed-up groove on. The synth styles are nerd-level. If you don't listen to much synth, you won't appreciate the nuances between some of the options. But circuits be praised, if you know what you are after, you can get it on this pedal. That said, there are plenty of options if you just want to turn knobs until it sounds good. Every review I have read that has regarded this pedal negatively has failed to grasp the nature of the pedal and confused its purpose. Like many EHX pedals, it is a tool with wonderful possibilities if you expect to craft your sound out of an array of options.

Product Review Some might say a Synth pedal isn't for bass .However I have found a lot of usable sounds. But besides that it is definitely a lot of fun.

Product Review I love some of the sounds it can get. It does have some very interesting sounds that are very situational. The only down side is its sensitivity control. It's either not sensitive enough or way to sensitive.
