Product Rating Product Review Honestly bought this on a whim. It was priced right. I knew it had Analogman’s blessing too. This is hands down the best and most affordable TS Style pedal out there. I’ve had plenty. And for this price, it’s absurd. There’s just amount of compression that makes it sing by itself but also stack with other drives. I have it running into my King Of Tone.

Honestly it's a better Tubescreamer; Insane paired with a treble boost

Product Review So this unit is realistically a Tubescreamer that has all the gain and boost without the shrill top end. I'm not 100% sure of the frequency range that's rolled off, but it's just enough to create a sweet and smooth gain. The tone knob allows you to dial the rolled off frequency back in if you really want to if you're convinced it helps you cut through the mix. This pedal acts as a boost and overdrive. If you pair this with a Treble Boost such as Electro Harmonix LPB-1 Linear boost, Ibanez Mini trebel boost, (or an EQ pedal with volume and gain boost,) you will get an over the top distortion that is both intense and sweet at the same time. In the end it's a better Tubescreamer, in my opinion, that's just as solid and reliable at a much lower price. I bought it for the sound, and the price is just a bonus.

Product Review I really needed a tube screamer and I honestly picked this because I thought it looked really cool. I'm glad I did, it works really well and serves its purpose greatly. I run it through a fender deluxe cab, and also use digital effects.

Product Review This pedal has a great tone that you can dial up and get some great overdrive or dial it back and find that balance you might be looking for. I use it with the dirty channel on my Orange head and get a super grungy dirty sound.

Product Review For the price I love this pedal; to think I almost did the TS9 thing - again. But thankfully I opted for another experience with a different OD pedal. Not exactly an outrageous amount of drive here but if you’re tone conscious about OD without the muddy, then you’d probably like it. Heck, the price alone makes it a keeper. Playing bluesy rock to heavy metal with this pedal and a viable HG amp is awesome. Boost or experiment, I love this pedal. Not too tinny sounding either.
