Bought these to use for my portable system I have 4 places I do Karaoke at and needed something smaller to carry around . These speakers amazed me with the portability but I was shocked that the sound was better than my Yamaha 15's

These speakers can go very loud and are very clear sounding. I use them as stage monitors. They are very light weight and look sharp and very professional on the stage. I plan on using these as mains and getting the 10” for stage monitors.

I bought 6 of these to replace 3 older JBL 12" and 3 Yamaha 12" monitor wedges. Sturdy, much lighter weight, which is helpful as a lot of clubs that my bands play in seem to be upstairs!

Speakers carry a great sound and tone. Daisy chained from monitor to speaker then other speaker. A little heavy weight wise but appears to be durable. Handles are nice to have. Will definitely invest in a case with trolley.

Love these speakers. I bought a pair and I am glad I did. I was a little upset that I live in the zone that AMS mapped as 1-day zone but it took almost 8 days to receive the speakers. This is not the first time I bought from AMS but this is the first time it took that long. I was so exciting when they arrived. Opened up the boxes and hooked them up. They sounded awesome. I guess it well worth the waiting. Yes, I love the speakers and would recommend it.

These EV speakers are built like a tank and really sound
good. I really like the weight or the lack thereof, Light ...easy to handle. I bought these to use as monitors but I'm sure that I'll use them as mains on small gigs. I'd recommend these to any one looking for portability and great sound on a budget!

I needed lighter speakers to replace my JBL MR's. These sound good for vocals but they need more than 2X the power to get the same volume I get from my JBLs. Great for small rooms when you can play at low to moderate volume levels. Be prepared to do a lot of EQing if you plan on micing everything on stage[and we do] Great for the money and I will use these where I can to save my back but I will not be selling my MR's any time soon...

I purchased these with the intention of using them for vocals only. They are perfectly clear and great sounding. I needed up running a small amount of an electronic drum kit through them also and they performed excellently. Great speaker.

I have yet to plug these things in....but a shout out to AMS for lightning fast shipping. I ordered these on Friday morning and they were at my door on Saturday morning. Amazing.
