The Eminence 1518 15" speaker for guitar amplifiers is a great performer and on nobody's radar. Big, full sound it's very good alone and can be a revelation when used in conjuction with brighter 10s and 12s. For reference it has a somewhat similar tonality to a Canabis Rex but bigger and stronger. You will not have to ever worry about pushing this guy too hard. It can take whatever amp you've got.

I run this speaker in a vintage Vox cabinet as an extension speaker with my 1975 Music Mann combo amp. I am mostly playing an old Strat and a new Tele Elite with an ebony fret board. The 15 inch along with the amp's 12 inch sound wonderful. This is a great speaker. Clear with nice definition from the high notes to the low. For this price, or maybe any price you can't go wrong.
