Product Rating Product Review After three years of running thes side by side in a 412 along side two governors, I am still very pleased. At all volumes, and off of countless amps of varying wattages, they still very much do tha womp womp. I’ve handled triple Recs just fine with this setup. And while my ears blew, the speakers did not.

Product Review I purchased a quad set of the Texas Heat speakers and man they sound great. I built a 5F6A clone amp and put these speakers in a 4x12 cabinet and they sound amazing. Nice clean tones and nice distorted tones as well. Clear and loud. These are my favorite speakers. They were on backorder and the customer service was top notch. They kept me in the loop. There was a little wait but it was because of the pandemic. As soon as they came in they shipped them to me right away. Thanks again AMS! Will definitely buy from you again!

Product Review Great for live guitar performance applications. Gives you just what you need, nothing you don’t especially when broken in. Very effective with “modeling” type amps. Good stuff!

Product Review Bought this to pair with the Swamp Thang, compliments it beautifully. Adds a great high end balance especially if using a Strat or Tele. Good by itself as well for that Texas tone.

Product Review I bought the 2 pack for my 1981 Fender Twin Reverb 135 watt amp. All I can say is WOW! Much better than the original speakers. Of course, they are 38 years old and been used and abused. These Eminence really bring out the Twin sound! I highly recommend these for any Fender amp. AMS shipped them fast too. Go for it!

Product Review I paired this speaker with an Eminence Swamp Thing. With set up, the bass and the high end are covered and the sound is awesome I replaced a pair of old Crate speakers and there is no comparison. The low end is bold and the high end is sweet. I definitely would recommend this setup and improve your sound to a new level.

Your general opinion of this product. Like it. Has a fuller sound than stock speaker. Noticeably louder & clearer with grit when played loud. And man is it loud, sitting in my Blues jr With a few Billm mods. Played with guitars that have single coil, humbuckers and P-90's. Only had it a few weeks Loads of tone. Bass is tight, mids defined, highs clear unless you push em then they scream. Only had it a few weeks.

Your general opinion of this product. I built a cabinet and paired this with a Swamp Thang for my Vibro Champ XD. Wow, my friend with a vintage super reverb told me, those sound really great. I play an Ovation acoustic electric trough it and it sounds great. Selling the acoustic amp. The 5 watts drive these nicely and it gets way loud. They seem to be very well made. They mounted nicely and wiring was easy. Nice tonal range. Only had them a couple of weeks great so far.

Excellent, made in the USA, never seen or heard a defective Eminence unit. It's a speaker, it handles 150w. Your general opinion of this product. Best speaker for high gain metal, period. Smooths out any nasty grit from those chinese tube heads, kills the ice pick and most of the fizz too. Mid range punch, no ice pick, low on the fizz meter. May seem a bit dark until you learn how to EQ them. Best when pushed hard with massive wattage, but very usable at low volume as well. Clipping from a 6505+ just rips through everything. Very nice paint or powder coat, solid in all regards.

These are VERY well made in every respect. The paint is flawless, the labels look cool, and they come in a nice box. No complaints. I've had mine for about 7 years and they have been very reliable. I've played with this amp with the Texas Heats in it outside, inside, and even in the rain. For about four of the seven years I had to transport the amp quite a bit and the speakers have stood up to all that moving and difference in environment with no problems at all. Your general opinion of this product. These Texas Heats are AMAZING! I bought two of them about 7 years ago to replace the stock speakers in my Fender FM212. I was looking for a warmer, fuller-range sound, and these were just what I was looking for. I'm now thinking of buying a few more for my 2x12 cabinet and my 4x12 cabinet as well. LOVE 'EM!! Very responsive and clear. No issues, and they're tuned for human ears unlike some other speakers I've heard that sound like an ice pick in your eardrums! Not really annoyingly bright (like the stock speakers they replaced) and not muddy. Just warm and clear perfect sound. I always thought the Vintage 30's sounded very dark and muddy. Celestion Rocket 50's, though considered lesser speakers than the V30s sounded better IMO, but Texas Heats sound WAY better than either of those. You can really crank them too and they sound great at all volume levels. Perfect paint on the frames and cool logos that draw your attention to them. Holes in the frame matched the stock holes of the Fender Special Design perfectly. Had them in and working in 10 minutes. They were also packed in a nice box with molded foam all around them and arrived in perfect condition. The Texas Heats pick up every note and nuance of crystal clear tones of single coil Strat all the way up to heavily distorted double humbuckers with no problems at all. You really don't even have to fuss with the EQ a lot either. They are very forgiving.

THE BEST! USA! Haven't had it long enough. But I've never heard bad> Your general opinion of this product. FIRST, Eminence is AMERICAN made! If you don't like the sound, then you chose the wrong particular speaker. Eminence makes a speaker to cover everything. You just have to make sure your matching what you want. No speaker is going to do it all. The "magical" JBL "D" series did, but good luck finding one of those, and if you do, it won't be $65! Finding one speaker for a one speaker combo is hard to do. WARM, BLUES, BOTTOM END, SOUTHERN ROCK Neat graffics, but it's a speaker.. You have to break it in. It's like a new motor with a new cam, you have to run it and loosin' it up! The more you play on the "Heat" the louder and bottom end it gets.

i think its a quality product for its price range i have only been using it for 2-3 weeks for about 1-2hrs a day on average... the speaker handles 150watts and my amp is 18watts so it should hold up for a long long time. Your general opinion of this product. upon opening the package i noted that the speaker seemed well built. it was easy to install (Crate V18 amp).the speaker sounds a lot better than the stock speaker. i use it with 2 10' george l's cables, a boss blues driver and a fender telecaster. overall a good way to improve the amp at a good price. N/A (see sound)... its a dark sounding amp/speaker built for loud blues/rock N/A N/A

As well built as any speaker anywhere near this price. Fairly new, but track record seem excellent. Your general opinion of this product. I replaced a 70 80 in my Palomino V16. The Celestion is a fine speaker, loud, bright enough and has a bit more bottom than the Texas Heat. However, that bottom is a bit loose. The Texas Heat is cleaner in all aspects with a bit less bottom but noticably tighter in the bass frequencies. Overall it is a more musical sounding speaker. The 70 80 was darker and a bit hollower. Tight. Spanky, musical but not harshly bright. Just clean and punchy. Well made by appearance. Came out of the box just fine.

The construction is first-rate -- solid, feels like quality 100% reliable Your general opinion of this product. This is my new speaker of choice N/A Really nice all-aound tone; full and clean, and breaks up nicely on the drive channel. Great for Blues, American Rock and Roll, etc. It has nice chime, good "chunk" as well. The 150-Watt power handling is a nice step up from the original 80-Watt speakers I had previously. Nice finish; scratch-resistant, built to last Mounted in my 2x12 easily
