Product Review I have quite a few guitars from different companies and different locations..this is by far the most impressive! Just an all around beautiful guitar..nothing to be ashamed of here with the name Epiphone at the top. I cannot find one single flaw on it anywhere..the finish is perfect..smooth binding..great feel..Les Paul tone and weight. I have received so many compliments on it I have lost count. Great instrument at a great price..simply can’t go wrong..AT ALL!

Product Review Epiphone is making great Les Pauls these days. The koa top Custom is gorgeous in appearance and it feels like a much more expensive guitar in my hands. The neck is super-nice, with perfect fretwork, and with a little set-up it plays like butter. Factory humbuckers sound good - no mods necessary. At about 8 lbs., there are no "weight reduction" holes inside the body beyond the control cavities, which makes it sustain like crazy. This is the second Epiphone Les Paul I have purchased in the past year, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality Les Paul at a price that won't land you in the poor house or divorce court!

Product Review I am a collector of guitars and the bulk of my collection is Gibsons. I have owned a number of Epiphones (mostly Les Pauls) and sold off all of them as they just were not in the same class/quality of my Gibsons. A couple years ago I couldn’t resist buying the Tony Iommi Signature SG. The quality was amazing and the tone did not disappoint! Since then I have bought 5 more Epiphones and everyone is amazing. My favorite of the bunch is the Koa Les Paul. Not only is it an absolutely beautiful instrument but the playability and tone is top notch! I have a 2015 Les Paul Standard and this guitar sounds better and plays as nice as the $3500 guitar! Epiphone has really improved their quality and I will buy more in the future!

Product Review Beautiful guitar and plays great. I'm a start man and never cared much for a les Paul. I the guitar is really nice looking with the koa and love the coil splitting sound. I'm still tweeking it but it's mostly miner adjustments.glad I bought it. The only thing negative was the tone knob was off the guitar but AMS took care of it.

Product Review I have to say that if you have any reservation about buying an Epiphone instead of a Gibson, let that reservation be gone! I own 16 guitars, with Gibson, PRS, Fender, Peavey, Hofner, and many other brands being among them. This is my first Epiphone and I can honestly say that it is in the same league as all the others, at a fraction of the cost. I had to look under bright light to find the very smallest of flaws, and it took a while to find them. The pup selector and the volume and tone pots may not be top of the line, but are very usable. The pups sound fantastic, and the coil tapping and phase reversal features really enable you to get any sound you want from one guitar. Regarding set up, all I had to do was adjust the intonation slightly on 2 strings, and lower the bridge to my desired action of 5/64ths. This solid figured Koa top is gorgeous, and all of the binding and inlay is very well done. The logo and split diamonds are mother of pearl. Blocks are pearloid. Get one...NOW!!!!!!

Product Review This guitar not only is beautiful but sounds better than she looks. The natural KOA finish is stunning and is set off by the gold hardware. My guitar has sustain for days and stays in tune no matter how hard you play. To me this is Epiphone's best guitar to date. In my mind, they have set a standard of fit and finish and sound that will be very hard to beat. I only hope their next LTD Les Paul is better but I don't see how that could be at all possible.
