I wanted a guitar to study on at home and found this model...,It came with a beautiful set up and was ready right out of the box!...i like the sound of the all Maple guitar although its not very loud acoustically....
I like the pick-up system although the high E was a little soft.....Ive had mine since November and I love it more with every play...its such a easy playing guitar that i really want to play it,which is just what i need...The headstock and tuners took me back to the heyday of Epiphany when The rivaled the other big names...Classic styling on the headstock and sturdy tuners round it out....

You would be hard-pressed to find a better value. It's A beautiful retro art deco design. Its construction is solid and sounds amazing. The neck is so easy to play for my short fat fingers. I chose the soundhole version because I wanted to have something a little different from everyone else. I was somewhat apprehensive at first.t I asked myself, Shouldn't I get the F hole Sunburst? Wheres the fun in that? When this one arrived and I opened it up, I realized right away that I had made the right decision. As soon as I played it, I was blown away. I've had it several months now and it exceeds all my expectations Thank you Epiphone and thank you American Musical Supply!

Guitar has a great vintage vibe and a big fat neck that is great for players with larger hands. My only complaint is that the floating bridge can be a bit trick to intonate and set action on. Once removing the foam that ships underneath the bridge, I had to adjust intonation and string height. I recommend referring to youtube for best procedures. Recording King has a really good post on how to intonate. Sounds great acoustic or plugged in.

the Epiphany Deluxe Masterbult is a god guitar...i use mine to study and have had a good time of it,especially since it came so beautifully set up by #37!...just straight out of the box it played very well...the only con is the pickup that seems to be a little low on the treble side...
The one I have has a pick guard which some don't have,I love mine,it gives it a classy look....

The epiphone masterbilt century arch top is a great acoustic guitar. The wood compliments it’s styling. It’s sound is great too. It’s neck is narrow enough to make for easy playing.
I feel like I just landed in a time warp of the 1930’s. Playing folk and blues like the original styles and sound. The craftsmanship is excellent. And again the woods used in building it are the best. All in all I highly recommend the purchase of one of these classics. Tobin has

Great guitar for the money. The finish is near flawless, with vintage in mind Epiphone nailed it. The biggest drawback was the setup. Had to adjust the action and tweak the neck quite a bit to keep the strings from buzzing. Plays like butter after a little elbow grease.

This Masterbuilt Deluxe Epiphone is a very accurate reproduction of the original archtop round hole, right down to the tuning machines. The neck shape is authentic to the original epiphones, as is all the detailing. The instrument is finely crafted with top quality materials. The guitar falls short only in pick up performance, as the high E string output is weak and overall bass heavy. The finish is extremely thick and durable poly unlike the original hand rubbed laquer which would sound better and look more authentic. Though the guitar is a bit heavy, it should be noted that the early Epiphones (1920-30s) were laminate back and sides; more durable and a little heavier than your average guitar. It has a more open sound than most brand new guitars and should age well.

The way this guitar projects the sound is amazing. I would not trade mine for any other guitar on the market. I have owned 50-60 guitars over the past 50 years. Hands down the best.

The Epiphone Century series is really special. The look is incredible as is the attention to detail. Great feel and sound. I bought the aged natural one. Highly recommend this guitar. The case is beautiful too. I hope Epiphone does more like this.
