It's pretty ok, it's stays on the strap wheels, easy to adjust, fairly comfortable. I don't go yngwie on my bass or anything crazy like that. It holds my bass in one place so I can groove.

I have always hated having to take the factory, pegs and screws off of my guitar to put locking straps on. But if you don’t want to drop it, it’s a must. But no more! Wish I would have discovered this trap years ago actually I think it’s the best decision for locking straps ever. Thank you Ernie ball and thank you AMS.

This strap is pretty awesome. It's pretty awesome and being a larger guy, it extends to a really long length that makes it comfortable for me to play.
The best feature here obviously is that the locks on the ends of the strap themselves snap into place pretty securely over your existing strap posts on your guitar or bass and it stays secured pretty well.
I've always been a person who purchased Dunlop or DiMarzio strap lock systems in the past but this strap may be my new goto going forward on all my other instruments since it requires no modification to your instrument and is ready to use straight out of the packaging. Highly recommended.

I did not want to modify or change hardware of my strap pegs on my new bass. This alternative turned out to be excellent and everyone that I've shown it to has been amazed. They definitely lock on to existing strap pegs and will not come off unintentionally. I'd recommend them 100% to anyone worried about a strap slipping off, causing major damage to your beloved instrument!

Well - it's a strap... not a lot you can say about it that hasn't already been said, however - if they really wanted to make a TOP NOTCH strap, make it wider, and add some level of padding in the shoulder area... then we'd have a great strap... This is good, but not great for that reason alone...

These are excellent for guitars that do not have strap locks already. I have played many gigs using these and have whipped the guitars around and these straps have not failed!!

Nice advancement in strap lock technologies. I like that it is self contained and you don't have to replace the strap studs. The strap ends grab the studs firmly and securely. I feel like the guitar is protected and the strap won't fail. Considering more of these for my other guitars.

Functional, easy to use. strap material kind of thin and flips and spins easy; thicker material would probably keep it from tangling so easy. Good functionality aesthetics kinda skimpy. fair value as expected.

This is a good strap and the locking mechanism works really well. My only complaint is the material used isn't very comfortable and there's no padding. Good thing it's being used on a lightweight guitar so it isn't too much of an issue.
