This is also my second 8 string guitar and I must say no comparison, this guitar absolutely sounds and looks amazing!
The shape and the red sparkle finish is just fire, and the locking tuners are an excellent addition, and the fishmen pickups sound amazing, lots of clarity especially on the low end/ chords. Also having the versatility to chose between the two pickup types is also incredible.
Guitar feels nice and beefy, built like a tank overall.
I'm very happy with my purchase, highly recommended!

This guitar is fantastic. I was hesitant to try an 8 string because I’m a traditional 6 string player, but I wanted to be able to play some of the newer Deftones songs, so this was kinda necessary. It didn’t take long, maybe 10 minutes or so, for me to get accustomed to the extra strings and longer scale length. The pickups on this guitar are really the star of the show. I’m a Fluence believer and love the versatility. The finish on this guitar is also remarkable. Between the look and features, you’d think you were getting a custom shop instrument. Definitely check this guitar out if you’re at all interested.

The pictures does not do this guitar any justice. The finish is absolutely incredible and definitely gets a lot of attention. The guitar as a whole feels and plays great. If you’re thinking about this guitar, don’t and just get it, you will not be disappointed!

This is the second 8 string i have owned, i sold the first one because it wasn't comfortable and wouldn't set up properly. This guitar was set up perfect out of the box, pickups are super articulate and is very comfortable to play at the upper frets, which i had problems with before. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a new 8 string. Thanks to AMS for shipping it quickly!
