The bright red heads intensifies any bands set up. I love the sound quality and the simplicity to tune the heads and the ability to retain the sound for a very long time. Yes it highly meets and exceeds my expectations and i would highly recommend to my fellow drummers.

I replaced my single ply front head with this double ply oil filled one and the sound difference is amazing. It has such a punch without using dampening devices.
