I've always been a Squier guitar owner. This is the first Strat that I own and being that I've used them before or borrowed them for certain shows that I've had, having a start of my own is a great feeling to have. I currently use this for all of my studio work at home or session work. This gets the job done!

The pickups were not impressive at all. Plus the nut was not cut correctly. Beautiful guitar. Well executed. Returned it for a Gibson Les Paul 50s in tobacco Burst. Now that's a guitar. Great service from AMS.

Thank you American musical for such great customer service and a pleasure to buy from. I’ve bought all my guitars from you in the past from a Gibson J45 to a Fender Stratocaster. You guys rock! This guitars neck is the best neck I’ve ever played on a guitar. Smooth and great radius. The HSS model is very versatile and can do pretty much anything you need it too. Great job Fender and American Musical Supply!

This is a very good mexican made fender stratocaster. I just bought this guitar few weeks ago. Laminated fretboard 22 frets. It's a 2 way tremolo like floyd rose. Humbucker pick ups and 2 single coil.

This Strat has VERY smooth action with perfect intonation! It's very hard to stop playing it! With it's classic five way switching plus the HHS version is in my opinion superior than the non HSS version due to it's wider range of sound. Actually, can't think of anything I dislike about it except mine came with a defective Trem Arm that was IMMEDIATELY taken care of by the SUPERB customer service AMS has. Have had it only a short time but its defiantly a keeper! Exceeds my expectations by far! GET ONE TODAY YOU WON'T REGRET

I recently had my two vintage guitars stolen. I am retired now and living on a very limited income. American Musical Supply made it possible for me to get my new Fender HSS Stratocaster player Series Guitar. After being without a guitar for 3 months, I still didn't have the money for the Stratocaster that I wanted. The versatility of payment plans with American Musical Supply made it possible for me to buy now and pay over 3 months. Thanks AMS the Stratocaster is everything I expected it plays so beautiful. And sound so sweet. I will be doing all of my business through AMS now.

This is a great Stratocaster for the money. I have owned everything from the American Standards to Custom Shop Strats. This is the first MIM Fender that I have purchased. The quality is top notch and the tone is awesome. I highly recommend this guitar. Plus Josh in customer service was great to work with.

I had a preconceived notion that if I was going to buy a Fender, the price point would have to start at $1,000.00 minimum. However, this guitar has exceeded all of my expectations. I play every week and this will now be my go to guitar, hands down!!!!!

This is my first fender strat, after years of playing Les Paul’s and SGs. The maple neck board plays beautifully and the bridge pickup is just as good if not better than the reputation the precedes fender strats. The player series is an amazing purchase for this kind of price, and is in every way a professional instrument. I purchased the polar white model and the guitar is a gorgeous masterpiece, I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. Great gutair, very fast shipping, and very great payment plan.

The Fender Player Stratocaster HSS with maple fingerboard is a gorgeous guitar, as close to perfection as it gets and for a great price. All of the available colors are striking, but when my Tidepool Blue Strat arrived this morning I could not put it down for over six hours! The action is low and easy and the sound is phenomenal. Jazz, Rock, Country... it plays it all smooth and effortlessly. I am also the proud owner of a Black Metallic Squire Strat which is a very nice guitar and has been my favorite electric for some time. But within less than a minute of playing this new Fender Stratocaster it has become my new favorite and is absolutely worth the relatively small amount of extra dough. I love this guitar! I am a life long appreciator of acoustic and electrics, and this is the finest six string electric I've ever owned. Not a flaw or blemish on it. Smooth neck. Intonation was spot on except for one string being slightly off, easily adjusted. This would be expected for an instrument that has gone through shipping and handling. Plays like a dream. Holds tune very well. Love it. Would buy it again, and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quality guitar at a reasonable price.

New Player series Strat steps up the MIM line to rival new U.S. Fenders costing twice as much. 22 frets, two point trem, Alnico pickups, custom wiring enables tone control on bridge pickup, vintage logo, quality tuners, neck plate logo stamp, new color choices, and modern 9.5 radius neck all combine for a great traditional Fender experience. Add the great AMS service and you have the best value in the Fender line to date. Buy it, you will have no regrets.
