Product Rating Product Review I play in a few different bands, one fusion/acoustic thing and a crusty metal band. my ONLY complaint is when I received my bass, the tone pot was loose. That was a quick fix. once I got my pickup height right, It sounded amazing and plays like butter. I got the maple neck, I figured I would only use it on the fusion project, I didn't think it would tune down and play very well in the crust band. I usually play a Ibanez BTB on the heavy stuff. this P Bass tuned down fine, I don't have to adjust my neck at all, and to my surprise the strings weren't all floppy either. plays amazing...I wish I would've bought this bass years ago. this bass is my new main bass for everything...I was on the fence for years cause I had a MIJ jazz bass that didn't impress me at all. but the USA Fender is the best bass I have owned.

Product Review i love the bass i just got mine today it came out of the box with a perfect set up. The new ones are well worth the money. The 60's custom shop pick ups are much better deeper rounder tone then the ones made a few years ago. That is key you get great sounding pick up instead of getting stock ones you might eventually change

Product Review What can I say, after owning a '74 and a 50th anniversary American P I was a little skeptical to order a new bass without playing it first. No problem, It's a Fender American and it's beautiful!!! Set up and ready to play right out of the box!! Awesome case with vintage style logo screwed, not glued, into the case!!! Custom Shop 66 pups sound a tad brighter than older stock pups, but sounds wonderful. Perfect 10!! Spend the $ (even if you have to save and wait)and buy the real deal!!

Product Review I just received my 3 color sunburst American Standard Precision Bass today, only 2 days after I ordered it. This thing is beautiful and way beyond my expectations. The string height was perfect and the intonation was right on the money straight out of the box. I could not be happier and the 12 month payment plan makes it a breeze to own. So my impression?.....I can't wait to sell off all my other basses and get an American Standard Jazz Bass.......quality blows away quantity!

Product Review Know I see why the Mighty P Bass used by so many musicians! The quality is outstanding.Very versatile sound can be tuned fore different genres of music. You just have to know what you are doing when fine tuning. The tuners on this beast are huge! It will stay in tune as long as the strings are good. Neck is very fast and smooth. The controls are very easy to get to. Like I said. This bass is a Tone Monster! The pickups are super hot.I love the way the effects is when rolled down, the tone pot reduces the high frequencies. The mystic red is Beautiful. This bass is worth every cent. Out of the box the action was dead on.No adjustment where needed at all.Just plug it in and light the fuse.
