Very pleased with this purchase. The bass is awesome and fell in love with it immediately. The only slight negative is the gig bag, of course would've preferred a hard case but again, the gig bag is better than not having either.

Better than expected. The Tim Shaw Yosemite pickups sound great and offer a clean wide range. The grease bucket tone control is unique and works well with the Tim Shaw's. The bridge and tuners could be beefier but it stays in tune without any issues. Overall the fit and finish is excellent.

I've had lots of basses, some were more expensive. None compared to this. It practically plays itself. I never liked P Bass necks very much. This neck is wonderful, with smooth satin finish & very well set up. Awesome tone. In my opinion, the American line is the way to go.
