I've tried a lot of reverb pedals and for what I prefer this has been one of the best. It can do nice short room sounds to warm up your tone, or long shimmering strymon style effects. I'm also partial to it's color and the blue and green lights. It looks great on my pedalboard!

This pedal looks good and it sounds even better! It does have a bright green LED...don't look directly into it unless you want to see spots. It's not cheap but it's not the most expensive either. Take a chance on this jewel...if you regret the purchase then return it...I bet you won't ;)

Been using this for the last month as a reverb send for my drum machine, and also directly on vocals and guitar. Getting some beautiful ambience while working with my girlfriends vocals. Easy controls, not a one trick pony, and looks pretty dope imo.

What Features Stand Out?.. Ambient space, wet drippy rooms and sizes.. Plate Reverb you didn't know you NEED until you plugged it in!.. With TAILS!... Tails with trails is worth the price of admission. Time passes by fast when you dive into this amazing reverb delight. Someone from Fender must have stood on a beach in the Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest early on a cool morning while the marine layer and mist set in and laid down its wet dew across the landscape so that all life may cast their sounds into the ambient space.. I've had it over a week and it has knocked off my old reverb pedal that has been on the board for ten years. It has more than met my expectations and I may have to by another and keep it set to Plate reverb. I don't use a battery but the access door is easy to get at without taking apart your board to get to it (Genius). The LED pipe lights are a another step forward with an on/off switch, and the jacks are offset and much more pedal board friendly! the new fender line of pedals is out standing!..

So simple to use. U really get the hang of it quick and it sounds great. Very good for shoegazy type sounds. Plus the dry kill is such a great effect

I needed a deep lush reverb for worship music and this definitely fits the bill. Easy to use and seems like it's but solid. I am surprised there's no spring reverb style but I havent missed it yet. Cant wait to try out the santa Ana overdrive by fender!

I own a 68 Fender Vibrolux Reverb reissue amp. I love the tone on the amp but I must admit I don’t particularly like the reverb. I know most people are crazy about spring reverb but I find it kind of cheesy sounding. I decided to try the Marine Layer reverb and boy does it deliver. It has the most beautiful and luxurious sound. If you get one of these you won’t be disappointed.

I am extremely happy with this pedal,it does many types of reverb well but, my favorite is the old school spring reverb sound it nails combined with my Gretsch 5422 is just "Rockabilly" all the way. Great features like the flip down door on the battery and the illuminated control knobs that you can turn off if wanted are fantastic features for such a reasonably priced quality pedal and with AMS's 0% interest financing I got three of the new Fender pedals(The Bends and Pugilist also) for a small monthly payment ! I love AMS !
