Product Rating Product Review This has such an amazing sound. I absolutely love it. The feel of it , perfect. Tone is that warm, deep , " round " sound with La Bella Deep Talking flatwounds.I'm definitely impressed. No sharp edges on the frets, nice smooth neck and great feel. Arrived safely, packaged with care. Thank you very much,AMS. You know have me as a lifelong customer

Product Review Squire makes a fantastic p bass, it's not too heavy, the neck doesn't suffer from dry climate shrinking that exposed frets. It plays great, sounds great. Passive electronics are awesome for sculpting your sound. If simplicity and playability please you, then you'll be in for a treat.

Product Review Have owned many basses over the years, ranging in price from cheaper ones in the hundreds, to more expensive boutique basses in the thousands. This Squire bass is absolutely amazing for the price!!! Quality of the workmanship is top notch and the electronics are quite good. Compared to the Mexican made Fender basses, this is a step above and very close to the Japanese or American made ones. Don’t be fooled or scared off by the Squire name.

Product Review This Fender Squire bass is fantastic. It is lightweight and it was set up ready to play. No issues at all. The vintage sound I get through my Fender Rumble 500 combo is by far the best sound I have ever had. I have a 73 precision with active electronics and a 5 string Ibanez. The squire is a better sounding bass.

Product Review I like this bass better than the Fender $700 bass. I played them both at a store. They only had the Squier in white so I ordered sunburst from AMS

Product Review I’ve gone through a lot of basses recently. I’ve been searching for an affordable bass that will give me just a good solid bass tone when laying down tracks. Between bad electronics and bad pickups I could not getting a good tone. I just got this bass today and the moment I plugged it in and played my first track I finally found the sound I was looking for. The tone knob gives a good variation. The bass looks awesome. It’s a steal for $400. I love it.

Product Review I had an original Fender 69 Prcision and played it exclusively for 20 years. When I retired I sold it. This takes me right back to the good 'ol days. I love it. It came out of the box in perfect condition not a mark anywhere. Neck relief was perfect and so was the action. Everything works like it should and I couldn't be happier.

Product Review I previously on a 70's Precision Bass it was stolen with a few other Basses there's no difference in the sound. I have 2 other 70's model squire Basses they're worth the money "Very Good Instruments ".

Product Review First off, this bass is beautiful. Looks way better in person than it did in the pictures. Came in needing a slight setup, but after adjusting the truss rod and setting the intonation, it plays like a dream. No sharp frets. If you’re not sure about buying one, do it. Plays just as good as the MIM Basses I’ve played... and for less money.

Product Review Fantastic product for a fantastic price. The neck is nice and straight and the fret ends were smooth. The pickup and wiring was a little lackluster, but for the price it makes for a great modding platform. Highly recommend.

Product Review This is a superb deal for the high quality you receive. If a Fender decal on the headstock is holding you back, give it a chance and you'll be amazed.I love mine and is ez to play...plus the payment plan is great too. These days, I just like playing around the home...no desire to play out anymore. This bass is good for the clubs too....so plug it in and get that bottom going!!!

Product Review I like the chrome knobs the aged look stian on the maple portion of the neck, the only dislike is I'm putting some different pickups on it when I unplug my Fender player jazz bass and plug in the Squier I have to turn the volume up but that's not a big deal I like upgrading stuff like that anyway. This is the second Squier p bass I have owned and this one is definitely worth paying more money over your average $199.00 squier bass.

Product Review I bought my first p bass in 1988, new off the shelf Japanese made Fender. I’ve had several over the years. Japanese squires, a mid-80’s 62 reissue, a 70’s USA. This thing plays as well as any of my old ones and it was way less money. I hope it holds up, but now I’m old and not touring or playing as much as I used to, I think it’ll do just fine. Unless you’re into shelling out extra money for the fender logo on the stock this bass is great.
