Product Review Getting to old to carry around a 2X12 anymore, so scaled back and bought this nice Princeton, always thought of trying one of these blasters with the Alnico speaker, my my! What a fine buy! This amp, do not cut it short, has so much more to offer in this 65' limited version, grab it while it's available! This tones are absolutely awesome, depending if you are playing a LP, Strator ES335,,,,,, I just love mine and everyone who I zjam with is raged by the tones I make, clean, crunched, solo sustain, reverb, Vibroto,,,,, from bedroom to studio to stage mic'd this princeton adds so much to the mix and dominates the color of it.

Product Review I was excited to receive my Fender LE Exclusive 65 Princeton Reverb with a 10" Jensen Alnico speaker. It sounded great out of the box, with the smooth sound I expected from the 6V6 power tube section and the Jensen Alnico speaker. I could get great tone at low volume or make it growl at high volume. The tube-driven reverb and tremolo sounded heavenly. However, at around 20 hours of use, I had been playing through the amp for an hour with the volume about halfway with my Strat, and I could smell something burning and some smoke arose from the back of the unit. One of the power tubes was glowing orange. As much as I loved the sound of this US-made amp, and a 40 year relationship with Fender products, I decided to return it and I ordered a British-made Marshall amp.

Product Review Hands down the best amp I have owned! Killer clean sound and doesn’t interfere when I stack the amp with other effects. Making the switch from a stage combo amp to a tube amp has been one of my best decscions. And I’m glad I got this one. Completely with it!

Product Review Overall I think the Princeton Reverb is a great amp. The clean sounds are deep and rich. It has more mid range than a deluxe Reverb or twin Reverb. Not nearly as scooped in the mids as other blackface amps. We he tremolo and Reverb are both great. The fudge brown tolex just looks sexy. My only complaint is that using distortion pedals with hard clipping cause the amp to Fizz out. But it does work well to try tube screamer type pedals
