the theremin has many different kind of “sounds”. keyboard amp,no good. but this mustang 2 is more that i expected. great low tones, also all the way up the scale is good solid sound

I got this to practice at home. There are some nice effects that are very easily manipulated. So much so, I wish I had gotten the IV. When I play out I use my own effects so I use an amp(or PA) with a dedicated (and a really clean) clean channel. With the IV you can go on stage, the II stays at home.

Play classic rock and love Fender tube amps. Could not believe the sound of the Twin Reverb sim and the Deluxe Reverb. They sound as good as my vintage Twin and Deluxe. I checked out the software Fender fuse and it is just essential and allows complete deep editing and control over tube sensitivity and presence. I cannot adjust this on my vintage amps.Great rehearsal amp but sold me to the Mustang III which I just demo d and sm going to purchase. The size of the cabinet is tiny and light so its closed back is light on bass and the 100 watt Mustang lll is just incredibly loud and it has an open back which for me is great onstage for volume spread to bandmates. AGREE BAD FACTORY PATCHES.Stereo fx thru line out and records really clean. Free Fuse software is easy and powerful and patches are compatible with all three Mustang amps.

I have been chasing guitar tone for many years. While one amp dors one thing great another dors other things better. A lot of people like this quest and like to change flavors a lot. I have always wanted a verstile amp that would do it all well. This amp is it. Its biggest drawback is that the factory presets do not show what it is capable of and I would love for them to take mine and use them because they really show how powerful it is. The first complaint I have heard repeated over and over again is that the clean amps are great immitations of their own amps and I agree with this, but that their distortion sounds are not thick enough. I agreed with that until I knew that I needed their Twin amps and their Deluxe reverb amps for recording. Then I downloaded their free Fuse Software if Im not mistaken it ran without the amp hooked up so you could download and review it for yourself. The fx are stereo the metal amps are great after dropping an overdrive in front of them.Love the Mustang
