The accuracy is good but I've found that I need to move it to the end of the headstock to have a more solid reading. I'm using this primarily on a simi hollow telecaster in standard tuning. The device doesn't rotate but it's important to note that if you want to turn it on you must flip it to the upright position and in order to turn it off just flip it back down. The visibility is fine in a medium lighted area but becomes washed out if you are in a bright area or in sunlight. Overall it's a solid clip on tuner and at the price it's more than worth the value.

This tuner is great ! I think my favorite feature is that when the unit is folded back, the power is off, lift it up to view amd it powers up.The footprint of the unit is very small.The display, bright and easy to read. Works on my electric, acoustics, and my Ukulele's as well. Highly recommended!

When I first opened the box I thought "Holy Smokes this thing is TINY", will I be able to read it? But as soon as I fired it up I realized the screen was clear and legible. And the "No Buttons" is awesome, No guess work for any tunings... GREAT PRODUCT!

The tuner tunes pretty accurately and is easy to use. Love the flip up to turn on function over a button. Stays on head well. Very small, which is good. But does make me a little nervous in terms of if it fell off while playing. But seems to grip well.

It's handy,I'll give it that. Nice illumination. It's a bit sharp. Like Chuck Berry sharp. Which is great if you're Chuck Berry. Also, the reading is backwards if that makes sense. So flat to go up and vice versa.

This tuner is great. I’ve only used the shark brand for other clip on tuners and this one blows that away by a long shot. The flip up turn on feature is great and I’ve had no problems reading the screen. It’s easy to adjust so you won’t have any problem seeing the entire screen. First off, the battery last a long time. No button to find to turn on, just flip up to turn on and down to turn off. Screen is orange when flat, green when in tune and red when sharp. Can't beat the two for Tuesday deal. If it ever breaks I will buy again.

I like that theres no on or off button you just open or close it, good price on it, fairly accurate i feel like on certain guitars it bounces a little bit much. It is a good tuner, if you're a beginner its especially a great one to order because its small and durable, that being said i feel like my snark is slightly more accurate. If its not more accurate it holds the needle better so i know when to say ok enough tuning whereas this is a little jumpy showing over or under the note youre playing. It works great though and ill probably order another as a back up especially for my little travel sized practice guitars :) 5 stars for quality and value

Orange display when flat, Red color when sharp and green when in tune. The tuner turns off when bent back out of view. I've had the tuner for a week and a half used it several times. It has met my expectations and is my go to tuner now. My old tuner I had to set on my leg or a flat surface some where. This tuner works great, just clip it on the headstock and tune away. Good price too! Battery included.

It seems to freeze and pause while tuning. Also does not like the bottom string on the 7th. Very difficult time picking it up. Could just be mine? Lemon? My snark tunes super low and accurate with my 7. But this really doesn't like the low 7. Have only attempted to C# but really struggles below standard B on the 7. E A D G B and E all seem to work great with the fishman

This tuner is simply wonderful! I am a beginner at learning the guitar and this tuner is so simple to use, anyone could use it! The tuner is very small, clips to the headstock, flips up and turns on by itself. Tuning each string is simple by strumming the string, the digital readout will let you know when it is out of tune (red), almost in tune (orange) and when it is in tune (green). For someone who has never tuned a guitar, I was very impressed at the ease of using it. I definitely recommend this tuner to everyone.

I love everything about these tuners. Soft clips, easy on and off, just by lifting and lowering, fully rotatable for viewing, and very accurate tuning with an easy to read screen. I bought one initially for my electrics for starters, then two more on the 2 fer Tuesday to put in my acoustic gig bag and one for my work bench. Worth every cent and a bargain to begin with. Also comes with a battery. Can't beat it!

I was looking for a clip-on tuner that was easy for me to see and use. After researching a few online I decided to buy the Fishman FT2 Flip-On Tuner from AMS. I've never had a clip-on tuner and I took a guess that I would prefer viewing it from the back of the headstock and not from the front. I knew I'd be looking at it upside down when viewed from the back because the display doesn't automatically flip around like some more expensive clip-on tuners do. The display is large enough and ingeniously designed in that the meter changes colors if your flat or if your sharp, and the screen lights up green when your in tune. Very cool! It's very easy to use even though the string letter displayed is upside down. If you prefer viewing it from the front of the headstock, even better as that's the position it was designed for! When you're done tuning, it flips down onto the clip which turns it off. Just flip it up to tune and it turns back on. For the price you can't beat it. I bought two!

These Fishman tuners are excellent! I picked up two from AMS and am VERY pleased with the design and performance. No buttons to mess with -- just flip it up and you're tuning. Great tuner, but it took me a little getting used to. But, once I found the groove, it got much easier to use. Now, I love having it around,and another plus is the flip up feature that turns it on, and the flip down feature that turns it off.So, no on/off button to worry about. I'm mainly a studio musician, but I think people on stage would like this tuner, because it uses color to tell when it is flat ,or sharp, and another color ( green) to tell you when you're in tune..
