I purchased the SA330x and having owned the SA220 before, I knew I wanted more kick on the low end, so I purchased the sub, and I have to say, once I got it dialed in, I was blown away! Fishman know what they’re doing and they are my “go to” every time!! I don’t even look at Bose.

I just recently added the Fishman SA Sub to my Fishman SA330X tower. I use the Fishman for Acoustic guitar only per my setup. I'm on electric guitars 75% of the time. We rock out pretty loud so I initially didn't think it was wise to add the sub for the acoustical parts since low end feedback can often be an issue with live acoustic guitars at a loud volume. I am always looking for ways to improve my sound so like I said I just recently thought "what the heck, let's give the SA Sub a try." I was very surprised at how much fuller and louder it made my acoustic without any feedback or low end hum live. The built in crossover lets you pick the best frequency for you. The whole Fishman SA System makes for a nice PA for a small band playing medium size rooms as well. In my book Fishman is King of Acoustic amplification and processing. I highly recommend for all serious Acoustic guitar players. 5 Stars!!!!

Perfect for the SA 330 amp to add natural bass. the limiter keeps everything nicely balanced. Have to admit it wasn't what I expected at first. the Fishman floor amps are really punchy. Just wasn't what they were going for with this and now I see why as it is perfectly balanced with the amp for a pure acoustic sound that won't overpower the vocals. You won't notice vocal enhancement from the sub like some of the towers I've heard thought that partially could be my voice. The SA330 amp sounds great without it at lower volumes for smaller rooms but then the sa sub fills in nicely on mid to larger rooms but you might not notice it standing out it just makes the amp fuller. Overall glad I bought the sub but I wished the optional sub slip cover was padded. the extra line out from the sub is very handy for running to a side throw speaker or pa that you want the volume and eq to work off your amp as that port is taken up now by the sub.

This was the perfect addition to my Mackie Reach that I purchased through AMS last year. Small, light, and easy set up. Adds the perfect bottom for a small efficient solo set up. And of coarse Fishman reliability and quality.

If you are using the fishman SA330 for anything other than Acoustical shows. The sub adds life to the sound. Karaoke, music sound great.

I am a solo singer that sings to music tracts.
I owned a Fishman tower but did not add the sub till now.
What a big difference in sound. The Fishman sub add so much to my music sound I can't believe I didn't buy the complete set the first time.
This iss a perfect system for performances in almost any size room.
I'm very very happy with this system.
