Good padding and construction like other Gator products. I was hoping the lining might have been softer for the new instrument I'm putting in it, the lining will hold up but it's a course denier nylon, nothing soft or plush about it.

Cool gig bag at decent price. The pick holder zipper pull is fantastic! Love the zippered front pocket, big enough to hold my charts and other odds and ends. I would buy again!

Good, solid basic bag. Enough pockets to fit extra cords, or music etc. Construction is good with good zippers and heavy fabric. The padding is sufficient as long as you don’t get too carried away. Nice handle and backpack straps for transport.

If you have to (or want to) go the soft Gig Bag route, this is one of the best you can get. Well padded and super durable with lots of storage pockets. Gator is great protection for your instrument!

This is a suitable bag for studio use. Doesn’t feel like it would hold up to rigorous gig use. But overall it is a good gig bag for its price.

I usually don’t use gig bags. However in this case I chose to use one for the Spector bass I purchased. I was pleasantly surprised at this Gator product. I have seen many of the Gator product used for acoustics and electrics and decided based on others use of them. I was pleasantly pleased that it is very portable with the backpack straps and very comfortable to carry. I would highly recommend any Gator product to anyone

THE GATOR BASS BAG IS LIGHT BUT HEAVY ON PROTECTION FOR YOUR BASS. IT IS STREAMLINE, Aesthetically PLEASING YET FULLY FUNCTIONAL. I am quite satisfied with this product and glad I purchased it. It is padded enough to protect your bass. I like the fact that it is light but protective of your instrument. I have only had it for about 2 weeks but it truly exceeds my expectations.

Got this bag as a replacement for a cheap fender gig bag I was using. It fits my Sterling Ray4 perfectly and with room to spare. I have room for my snark, behringer bd21 and some tools and batteries. The case is reinforced in the right spots to protect the bass and the straps are tough and grippy. I will definitely buy another one for my other bass.

My primary bass has an unusual shape and I was lucky to find any bag or case at all for it. For about the same price, I got this for my more conventionally shaped backup bass, and it might be *too* good for a backup bass. Anywhere you could possibly want a handle or pocket, they thought to put one, and it straps on as comfortably as any backpack. The emergency pick is a nice touch. The backup bass might get more use as easy as this bag makes carrying it!
