Since purchasing,this has become my main workhorse guitar. I love the tone and feel not to mention the over all appearance and build quality. I have owned this guitar just over two years, I play approximately 250/260 shows a year and this guitar has never disappointed.

This is the greatest acoustic I have ever played. The action of chording on this guitar is extremely easy in comparison to most other similar guitars. Not to mention it's the most beautifully crafted guitar I've ever seen. I bought the acoustic and the electric version of this guitar and both are the best purchase I've ever had. No regrets.

Such a great looking and playing guitar. It has a big sound and sounds amazing plugged in. I’m a big guy, so this jumbo body is perfect for my jumbo body lol.
I own the white version and I do plan and getting the black one soon to have the matching pair.

This Rancher Falcon jumbo guitar is now my centerpiece for my performances and I have adopted a new look with this fashionably sensational guitar. There is nothing that I don't like about it. It picks up the looks and it resonates the sound. I recently recorded at Mystic Dome Studios in Asheville, North Carolina with this guitar for several singles and will be continually endeavoring with its sounds. I have particularly enjoyed the combination of the Fishman pickup with my Fishman amp that I go busking and performing with. Rock on Gretsch.

I purchased the white 5022 and I became very disappointed with it
As it was very hard to fret.
My other guitars play very easy,
But this one just did not like me.
I saw other reviews saying it is awesome, but wow. Mine was not.
It is beautiful but..........
My other 5422 Gretsch is great.

4 months in and its become my favorite guitar! My initial order was for a parlor guitar the Jim Dandy and I’m so happy it was back ordered. I spontaneously decided on ordering the falcon rancher jumbo instead because it was available and it couldn’t have turned out better. This thing is huge .sounds incredible looks beautiful and plays like a dream great features. I was never a fan of gold flake till I saw the trim in person.

This guitar is my baby, absolutely love it, it plays and sounds great, it's one of the nicest guitars I've ever laid my hands and eyes on. The neck is small so it doesn't hurt your hands, the only thing I did was up the strings to exlixers and man oh man was it worth it. If you're looking for a guitar that has the a great sound and you don't want to spend a grand or two on a martin or Taylor, this is the guitar for you, my opinion I'd rather have this than a taylor or a martin, brands are over rated, but this guitar is built with quality.

The action right out of the box could be better... needs neck adjustment to deliver a better action for more comfortable playing... I prefer acoustics that play as easy as an electric...

I have the white falcon electric and love it. I have about 8 guitars mostly acoustic. And ancouple 12 strings. I saw this white falcon.acoustic and just had to have one. Well I am very happy I did bought it. It sound grwst and plays nice. I have recorded with it at.home.and very pleased with the sound. I would recommend ut to any o e thinking of buying.one you wont regret it. Enjoy playing it and it looks as nice as her mother electric. And the price is very affordable. Enjoy playing it.

This thing is cool, the glitter edging and just the presence of this in my collection of guitars makes it a show piece. As well if you own a White Falcon, the Rancher Acoustic is a great companion to the investment you already have...the pair together are stunning...

Nice guitar and pretty as heck, but the saddle wasn’t adjusted so the bottom 3 strings dont come thru that loud plugged. The bottom strap screw was cross threaded and the whole screw came out when removing the cap. The case has a broken hinge also. So I finally took to the shop to get right and set it up, I hope it comes out better then when I got it.

Great acoustic for the price didn't need set up out of box great acoustic sound of the 50's they use to use. Am 69 and have owned a few in my life but this one beats them for the old 50's C&W SOUND and BLUEGRASS SOUND I'm looking for old fashion Southern Gospel music we play in Church.

ive played this gretsch daily for over a year now and im still impressed and in love with it... bought it on a whim out of curiosity and it soon became my daily go to...it has performed flawlessly and sounds wonderful whether im busking with my roland street ex or pumping thru a huge house systems...it has bright crisp clear unique highs and surprisingly rich FULL lower tones which im guessing is due to the jumbo rancher body....i soon found myself using it for pmuch every situation...i noticed that even with heavyweight company people tend to inquire about and gravitate towards the gretsch ...i soon started leaving the gibson sw and taylor at home ....the deciding factor was sadly price...with the gretsch i wouldnt be so wallethurt if gawdforbid something happened to it...like if it got stolen or if i smashed it across some assailants face whilst busking or some drunk stage jumpers neck on the road etc....so far none of that happened in the last year and im still in love

It’s such a beautiful guitar! Got the one in white and the pictures don’t do it any justice. The trim in the gold color looks amazing! It stands alone as a beautiful guitar. It also plays extremely beautiful! Was in tune the minute it was pulled from the shipping package! I have always wanted a Gretsch and am so glad I finally got one! Easily one of the best guitars I’ve played and is most definitely the most aesthetically pleasing! As always, AMS came through again. Thank you!

Nicely finished guitar, what one expects in a Falcon. The Fishman pickup is hot. Stable tuning. Wonderful tone and projection. I definitely recommend this guitar if one is in the market for a jumbo acoustic/ electric.

I was looking for a "work horse" acoustic/electric to use as i play 4 shows a week and needed to get my other one in the shop. the tuning pegs and the fishman electronics are very poor quality. one of the nylon washers for the 5th string peg was broke when i took it out of the box. I think i'll stick with my Dean "mako" Dave Mustaine guitar and sell this one.

This is my second 5022 as I parted with my first one after I got my Collings. I missed that jumbo, plus how can you not love the Falcon appointments? It's my everyday guitar that gets the most play. Definitely a bargain on a very good, beautiful guitar - GET ONE
