I just got mine today, and for a $430 Guitar, I am Stunned!!! Action is excellent, plays easy, sounds fantastic. Far better than I expected! Well built, top line materials. Only negative I can say is the fret edges are a little sharp. My setup guy can file them down cheaply, and the guitar itself needs no setup/adjustemnts. Intonation right on the money! Very pleasantly surprised

Guild just knocked this one out the park! I always wanted a good. Could never afford one. The Westerly is just an all around sweet instrument. Feels great and is loud. Just like a jumbo without the excess body. Perfect!

The Guild OM240E has the quality of a much more expensive instrument.

Having owned an iconic dreadnought for many years I have long been interested in acquiring an orchestra or auditorium style guitar. Since Guild has long had a strong reputation for quality instruments I was interested in evaluating one of their auditorium guitars, particularly in this price range, and comparing it to a similar model guitar of a well-known competitor in a much higher price range. Having done a side by side comparison with the other company's much higher priced orchestra model I can definitely say that the OM240E's sound and playability compares very favorably. Having now used it in a professional setting for over a month I am very impressed by its overall value and I highly recommend it.

Product Review
I needed a smaller bodied guitar as a backup guitar for gigs. The neck is good and sound is decent. Just to suit my liking, I did sand down the saddle a bit and changed the strings to elixirs. It’s as good as any Taylor 100 or 200 series. I used on 2 outside gigs and it worked fine. I haven’t had the guitar more than couple months. But I own 7 other guitars and been performing professionally for many years. So, I can recommend this guitar for most situations. Especially doing outside gigs that an all solid wood guitar could have issues. It’s a good little workhorse!

Product Review
I am really impressed with this guitar. It played well right out of the box, just need to tune it up. The neck is great, smooth as silk, and the action and the workmanship is great on the whole guitar. I actually like it better than my $1000 Taylor I had to sell 6 months ago and honestly, I sound better on this guitar because the neck fits my hand well.it has a nice balanced sound. My Guild is a great value and I highly recommend it. Great for fingerstyle and strumming.
