This is exactly what i was looking for it has 6 different ends that can use either positive or negative polarity whichever is needed for a good connection and has a light indicating the right way or wrong way. Doesn't get much better but the cord could be a little stronger and it would be perfect.

I lost my power supply for my keeley Dark Side. This one caught my attention. Price was right. Reversible polarity.
Large voltage adjustment. So I bought it. And it does what its supposed to do. Hosa'a reputation doesn't hurt either. I've used Hosa guitar cords for years. Good company. Great products = My purchase.

Very versatile, has virtually all the voltages and connector types you'll need to save your next gig. With the exception of a few rare, obscure power connectors, this kit has it all. 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9 & 12v settings. Reversible polarity (double-check this before plugging into your equipment, as Hosa chose to make the adapters reversible, instead of including a polarity switch; the good news is that once you connect it up properly, it stays that way - I've seen polarity switches get flicked accidentally and blow something). Folding wall plug minimizes risk of bent prongs. Current capacity is ample for most applications. All-around useful product!

I own and use four Hosa ACD477 wall warts. Every one has worked in every application I used it for, and not one has ever failed me. One has been running in a nonstop, high-drain application for four years without a complaint. These are quiet, they don't add him or buzz. With a 1200ma current output, they can power virtually any 3, 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9, or 12 volt DC device, with either a + or - ground. I had to write this review in response to the one written by the person who apparently received a broken one. I treat mine with respect, but if you rough-handle one, you could probably break it. But come on, it doesn't even cost $14.00! At that price, it's not going to be bullet-proof. In case you were wondering, I noticed the poor review as I was in the process of ordering another one of these great wall warts. My applications for these include: two large pedal boards, a high-powered boom box (the high-drain application I never shut down), a digital wireless system, a Boss ME-70 guitar multi effects processor, and a Zoom MS-60B bass multi effects processor (when # gets here).

Set the voltage to 12v and the right polarity. It seemed to work at first when i connected it to the ibanez tubeking pedal, then i stopped working. I doesn't work on any other pedals now either.

Your general opinion of this product.
Its not very heavy for being a 12v 1200ma power supply. Seemed to be damaged rather easily. The one i received might be the exception though.
