As the headline says, I’ve been using Hosa cables since the 1980’s. The first cable I got was a stereo 1/4” 20’ cable I used for at least 10 years before it started to short out. I got this one for the effects loop on my new Fuchs Full House 50 head. The cable looked kinda thin, so I was concerned about shielding and noise. But, it’s a Hosa. No problems. It worked flawlessly. The price was great, so I got two. Gotta have a backup, right?

I was looking for a way to go from the “headphone” mono out on my board to the stereo inputs of my iem system. It did the trick for this, but unfortunately cut the signal on each side by half. (This seems obvious looking back)
This introduced a lot of noise. In the end, purchased two unbalanced cables and am now running from the monitor outs.
If you need this cable I would definitely buy it. If you are buying it for the reason I was I would go a different route though.

I have a Michael Kelly Hybrid Special and this cable allows me to send the electric tone to one amp and the acoustic tone to another. Works very well. Great length too.

My Aiken Intruder's effects loop works off a single jack on the back panel, instead of the more typical, separate send and receive jacks. This cable plugs into the amp and splits the signal into send and receive lines to plug into my time-based effects. Cable works perfectly.

For the price it is good! Hosa seems to make good cabling although SILENT KNIGHT has them beat hands down! AMS only has the 1/4 input cord though and I am not sure if they make this type?
It works!
Oh so easy a baby can use it!
